BUYER BEWARE!! SCAM ALERT! They are overcharging on items in person vs online it is very different even if it’s filtered to the current location. Pick online order YOU NEED AN ID to pick up even if you have the order number on your phone. The manager has every employee overcharging(told by all employees!) I hope you do not encounter worker, Isabella. She will do the bare minimum as long as she can get back to her phone. Why would any customer DARE bother her while she’s on her phone during her work shift.

I ordered a four piece meal and requested all white meat. The price was $14 even. I received a three-piece meal with all dark meat. Remember, this is drive-through, so there was no possibility of checking for accuracy before I drove off. This is NOT the first time this has happened this location.

The extra crispy fried chicken is actually pretty good here! The fries aren't bad either. The biscuits felt a little undercooked and a tad bland (a little too doughy in the center). The mashed potatoes and gravy had a weird taste to it.

Wow never again this place I got there 10:20am lunch time and my food was 15 min later lady’s restroom did not work my order was still not cook raw my soda the machine did not work I got a flat Pepsi. Another person was also waiting before me. Plus my order was for dine in and I got Togo.
This review goes for all KFC locations across the United States. Why do KFC's in America not to measure up to KFC in Asia? Is it even the same company? Just ate here today and was craving KFC, and this happened to be nearby because we were in the area. The food was delicious like always, but my complaint is for the lack of AC while dining in. It's Saturday afternoon and about 90 outside. It was HOT! No, i didnt wanna take them home because i lived an hour away and wanted to eat them while hot off the oil. And there was smoke everywhere coming from their kitchen. And also at the time of ordering, their sodas were flat. No kick to any of them. Tatsed more like flavored water.

We stopped here for a lunch meeting the other day. I have come to this KFC a few times in the past. Customer service here is horrible. But anyhow i order a 5 piece meal and they didnt disappoint me. Food was fine. They didnt run out of chicken like some places. Order my food and the chicken was good. Their drink machines were out. That was kind of annoying. SOme of the drink selections were out of order. Its all good. Hope things shape up here in the long run.

This isn't the first time I have had issues with KFC, first the chicken strips I had got last week were nasty colored dark brown burnt color and tasted terrible. Today when I went they made me wait 20 minutes for chicken to be ready and then I get home and see they forgot the biscuits, while I'm eating what I thought was much better food I was alarmed to find a metal wire in my chicken! Luckily I caught it! It's sharp could tear up someone's insides. Been going here for years. Very upset with this!
