Amazing experience we hosted our daughters 15 in this venue the whole place was amazing the owner was phenomenal to work with. This is an amazing venue with everything you need for an unforgettable experience. We have amazing memories here and the customer service was outstanding! Definitely highly recommend this place for all your events, such a spacious and well updated place I was able to bring other vendors for Photo Booth and everything fit just right! RECOMMENDED 100%

The place is beautiful to host an event. The only issue was working with BLANCA. She will charge you everything and not do her part. She promised to decorate the event with certain decoration and did not follow through. I paid for 350 guest to eat and they were served one hour later and what irked me was they kept the food that was left over that was suppose to be given to me as I paid for it. I also paid 300 dollars extra for a sauce she never brought to the event. The servers were not professional, were not dressed for the event and really bad service. Blanca switched the bartender last min and we didn’t get drinks we paid for. Over all, working with Blanca was a nightmare! I do not recommend working with her as the employees did say she’s money hungry and will over charge. Everything she promised was just words to sell her stuff. If any other party planner works with this hall I’ll recommend it, But with Blanca you will not get what you paid for.

Do not do business with José Julian Jimenez also known as JJ Productions. It's almost a year since the event, he doesn't deliver the photos or videos, and he doesn't return any money either. He always says that he will communicate with his people and they fight among themselves and do not return anything. I have never met people who are not professionals for the work they do. The cake was ruined on the day of the event and he said he was going to give us a cake, he did not give the cake or money back. When I wanted payments, I kept talking and talking. And now to deliver the things and bills, he hides. How embarrassing it must be to have a business like that.

Y ahora para entregar las cosas y cuentas, se esconde. Que vergonzoso debería de ser tener un negocio así.

Attended a sweet 16 celebration. To start, banquet hall was opened a bit late.Ballroom decoration was awesome and tables set up very roomy.During the event, I did notice lack of communication between servers, kitchen and event manager.AC was not working properly to ballroom size and # of guest attending.Some kitchen workers, not using face masks and some missing gloves to handle food for proper and required sanitation.Food missed taste, room for improvement definitely.Fruit table missed tongs and guest were grabbing fruit, with bare hands.No paper napkins on fruit or dessert tables but yes on bar (?)Some Martinelli's apple cider bottles were not opened, ( only some of them) so guest had to do it, on top of that they were placed on tables with too much time in advance, so got warm at the time of the toast.Great bartenders !!

BEWARE DOOO NOT GET THIS PLACE WITH JOSE JULIAN JIMENEZ A.K.A JJ PRODUCTIONS. He gives you a nice face but after omg he won't even answer your txts and calls , he will give you a date and time and go missing. It's so stressful and he owes us money more than 3K . It's so frustrating honestly and I try to contact him through his crew Eugencia Aceves and Denisse Salmeron and same No answer . So I'm not the only review that's bad . Please I repeat do not if you do want this venue contact Another Jose from Pacos tacos he will give you this venue at a way cheaper price (714) 858-9562 that one I reccomend but not JJ PRODUCTIONS
