DO NOT COME HERE. i would give 0 stars if i could. the moment i walked up all of them were short with me and giving me dirty looks (out of confusion i kept trying to be nice bcus nothing prompted this ???). they had been open for over an hour already when i ordered but when i asked if i could just have some breadsticks, they glared at me and basically told me to wait (which i wouldve been fine with if not for the attitude) also, they have a sign that says "all credit cards must have $4 minimum" but apparently that applies to debit as well. when i asked, the owner promptly yelled at me saying that it applies to debit and credit and all cards and shoved the sign in my face. i pointed out thats not what the sign says and he looked at the sign, realized i was right, but continued to give me attitude and still charged me for using card. all i wanted was fucking breadsticks but im probably gonna throw these in the trash out of spite. i dont even care about the minimum charge thing im just so frustrated that no one who works here has any decency/class/etiquette/social awareness. also, it wasn't just me, MULTIPLE other customers were looking around in confusion after the guy gave them attitude as well. wishing them an awful day and an awful future for their business

I love the pizza here. It's such a shame that the mall itself is killing their business. I met the owner last time I got pizza there and he was so nice. He even threw in a free breadstick for my 3 year old brother. This has been one of my favorite pizza spots since I was a little kid and I hope that they don't go anywhere any time soon.

Pizza was not bad. For me it was just average mall pizza. People were friendly. Not a bad experience but nothing really stood out.

I don't what people find so bad about this place. Taste wise and texture wise it is better than Papa John's and Domino's. I order a slice of pizza here and there is no crappy offensive tasting sauce. The pizza has a decent crunchy thin crust. Also the meatballs are decent, better than some at more upscale Italian eateries I've been to. The service in my experience has been good.

This pizza is disgusting. It reminds me of bad school lunch type of pizza. Flavorless crust, bland sauce and nothing else good to say about the toppings. I miss Sbarro Pizza very much, they used to occupy this space in the Westminster mall. Came here as a last minute option while shopping. Won't be back. The reviews speak for themselves.

Have been coming here for years even when it was S'barro. Pizza is okay, better than little Caesars for sure but the place is run down. They need a health inspection ASAP. It's looks super dirty. At least clean it up and make it somewhat presentable....

The food here made me want to kill myself. It's so bad please don't go here! At the very least go to the Mexican grill next to it since that place actually has quality

Looks like pizza has sat for hours. My son requested pizza so we gave it a shot. Definitely never coming back Pizza was like cardboard after being warmed up and the pasta just looked disgusting. Ended up getting him freshly made chicken noodle soup from West Coast Fresh. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere where the food is made to order

I usually don't try to or very rarely will give a one star review, I used to come to this place frequently even back when it was a Sbarro's pizza. Ever since Sbarro went out and this place came originally it was good but today I finally feel this place is down the toilet. The lasagna which is what I have been ordering and I feel this will be my last time probably here I feel the frozen bits still. Seems this place just uses a microwave to do the heating up, and the lasagna today was just frozen at some parts on the bottom. At a food court I won't complain since it's cheap still for 7 dollars and I get it's "you get what you pay for" but still frozen bits on reheated food is not what I expected. Be warned it's reheated food there, it's not a full kitchen I'm sure back there. I don't recommend this place, save the money and go to Costco or go dine in at a Italian restaurant and do lunch special there.. your stomach and taste buds will thank you.

First off, the heat lamps in the front where you keep the slices warm were either off or not working. Fortunately they just finished cooking a pizza and I asked for that one. Even with a new pizza from the oven the pizza tasted terrible. It was obvious that the ingredients from sauce to mushrooms were canned. On top of that the dough tasted of poor quality. The grease beading on the slices in the showcase was a big sign I should not have made a purchase. Because hunger usually supersedes better judgement, I was willing to give it a chance. I now know to stay away from here.

I'm being generous with this 3 star review because I hadn't eaten all day before I stopped by Pizza Place. The strombolis instantly caught my eye because they looked delicious with melted cheese/spinach or pepperoni/cheese filling inside a pizza dough. I ordered combo #2 for $8.50, which included a pepperoni stromboli, drink, and a side of breadsticks. The woman taking my order was very nice and answered all my questions regarding their menu. The stromboli wasn't exactly piping hot after it had come out of the oven they use to reheat them. The cheese was lukewarm and coagulated, but it still tasted well with the pepperoni. I would've liked to see more pizza filling rather than dough for the stromboli. The breadsticks were very disappointing since they were extremely dry and bland. They could've taken the flavor up a notch by brushing them with garlic butter. I couldn't finish eating the breadsticks because I was eating empty carbs from breadsticks that weren't tasty.
