I didn’t actually get food but the worker making the pizza yelled at me and called some very rude names that I can’t repeat on a review all because I was standing too close to his section of the food court. He was extremely unprofessional and if he would have asked nicely for me to move instead of being rude I would have gladly moved. He definitely has some anger issues

It was a very horrible experience. The person making the pizzas was rude and had an attitude for no reason, and it took more than 45 mins for two pizzas. The pizzas also has raw dough and Idefinitely do not recommend this place to eat at.

The pizza maker was very rude and told us it would be 20 minutes for him to make us 2 whole pizzas. After 30 minutes he said he was so busy making pizzas and not to rush him. An hour later we had our 2 cardboard crust pizza. The sauce was decent but everything else was sub par. Greasy but hot out of the oven. Will never support this business again

The dough was very raw and it took 40 minutes for us to get our pizza and he refused to cut out. The guy was very rude and when we asked how long once then he was being really rude to us definitely do not recommend this

DO NOT COME HERE. i would give 0 stars if i could. the moment i walked up all of them were short with me and giving me dirty looks (out of confusion i kept trying to be nice bcus nothing prompted this ???). they had been open for over an hour already when i ordered but when i asked if i could just have some breadsticks, they glared at me and basically told me to wait (which i wouldve been fine with if not for the attitude) also, they have a sign that says "all credit cards must have $4 minimum" but apparently that applies to debit as well. when i asked, the owner promptly yelled at me saying that it applies to debit and credit and all cards and shoved the sign in my face. i pointed out thats not what the sign says and he looked at the sign, realized i was right, but continued to give me attitude and still charged me for using card. all i wanted was fucking breadsticks but im probably gonna throw these in the trash out of spite. i dont even care about the minimum charge thing im just so frustrated that no one who works here has any decency/class/etiquette/social awareness. also, it wasn't just me, MULTIPLE other customers were looking around in confusion after the guy gave them attitude as well. wishing them an awful day and an awful future for their business

I love the pizza here. It's such a shame that the mall itself is killing their business. I met the owner last time I got pizza there and he was so nice. He even threw in a free breadstick for my 3 year old brother. This has been one of my favorite pizza spots since I was a little kid and I hope that they don't go anywhere any time soon.

I went in Saturday night my step mom stomach hurt. The next morning my stomach was hurting and the food was horrible. My cousins came to sleep over she's (7) and her stomach also starting hurting she went with us to John's. I too a really long nap to help. (I had thrown up already.) I threw up again. Overall I would for the games NOT THE FOOD!

Tuan & Adam truly made our experience today remarkable. My father is hard to please and he was beyond impressed with the pristine condition of this establishment. Previous reviews stated the place would be messy but they seem to have stepped it up from what we noticed. Everything was squeaky clean from the bathrooms to the buffet floor. We have been to the Buena Park location numerous times and have decided that this location is our preference. Tuan was extremely hospitable and swiftly took care of any problems we experienced during our gaming sessions. We were also amazed to see their employee Adam cheerfully & continuously cleaning and sweeping the entire establishment. He would never let a soiled dish sit longer than a few seconds before quickly asking if he could get it out of our way. He is hard working and super polite. We seriously can not wait for our next visit to JIP.

I took my nieces and nephew here to have some fun and eat some food and I just could not believe how dirty this place was. Every inch of that place was filthy. The walls, the floor, the tables and under the tables. Everything was sticky and I just couldn't believe it because we went early so they had just open an hour or two. You would've thought that it would've been clean because it wasn't open that long but it was just nasty.

I really wanted to like it I felt so bad cause they seemed like genuine people but the place already looks nasty, when I tasted my pizza it was horrible I feel so bad writting this review but I want my money back.
Pizza was not bad. For me it was just average mall pizza. People were friendly. Not a bad experience but nothing really stood out.

The machines are always broken. They take your credits then you have to go hunt a worker down for a refund. Happened to us on about 4 games. We spent half our time flagging down a worker to refund us our credits. They dont even bother to close down the games that dont work so we dont waste our time.

This is a really fun place for kids and adults as well. This is similiar to Chuck e Cheese, but much bigger. They have tons of arcade games, small roller coasters, and an all you can eat buffet. The games are fun and you can redeem for prizes. The difficulty levels of the games range from easy to hard. Something for everyone. Everything is loaded into the game card. They also have two photo booths with printable pictures. The buffet has pizza, pastas, desserts, drinks. Lots of variety. You can spend a long time in here. Everything was pretty well maintained and clean. Things looked new. The food was refreshed frequently. Will return!

Disgusting Kaleidoscope room... also in buffet room lots of food on floor.. Dann please step up your game for kids sake. Today you suck at cleaning as well as your lazy kid staff.. lame game

We were at John's on 12/30 for a party for my son. Everything was great but we wanted to take a moment to give a shout out to one of the employees. I believe his name was Josh, he was working the bumper cars. My son had lost his phone, we believe it have fallen out when he was riding the cars. The attendant went above and beyond to help us find it. He searched everywhere, moved cars around and wouldn't stop until he found it. Customer service like that means more then anything else and what will definitely bring us back.
