Love the Popeye's Chicken much better than KFC. Service was good always friendly. They did run out of the hot and spicy sauce.

I tried the new fish sandwich. It was good, but not something I'd make a special trip to have. The changes to the restaurant are nice (decor), and I think their staffing issues have been addressed, but they were out of fries. ? We usually joke that we never get our take out meal fulfilled correctly. We get regular chicken verses spicy, or something is missing. This visit was better than usual, but we still questioned the level of spice on the spicy strips.

There were customers who were of concern along with the area in general. They don't have restrooms and they ran out of biscuits. The meal was hot and good. The staff were respectful and helpful.

My family used to come here for chicken Tuesday. Isn't it a given to sell their fried chicken pieces at their Tuesday special price? Well it used to be for us when we only buy their Tuesday chicken pieces and a medium fries. However, we stopped coming ever since they charged us full price on a Tuesday because my mom didn't mention chichen Tuesday to the cashier. I forgot what they called since we haven't been there for awhile, long enough to forget. Legs and thighs? Mine had breast sometimes so I'm not sure. Anyways, my mom got charged full price for 12 pieces of fried chicken instead of Tuesday price so we never returned.

Always have loved Popeyes- best FF fried chicken.Reluctant to post a not-so-good review, but have to this time. This particular location has struggled and definitely not been fast food every time I have been here.Tonight was the worst. It took more than half an hour to get my food. At the 20 minute mark, I asked the manager about my order. She said sorry, they are waiting on classic chicken. To her credit, she was working her butt off going between the register and order line.Well multiple small orders were served that came in after me (maybe spicy, maybe not).Manager said sorry, I'll throw in some extra chicken. OK, at least that is trying, although I would never get that wasted half hour back.But I get home, not a piece of extra chicken. Our meal should have been free after waiting that long. I was cool with a token throw in a few pieces of extra fried chicken. But that didn't happen.And we received fresh non spicy chicken but 5he spicy chicken was terribly dry from sitting under the heat lamp for God knows how long. Another dude sent his back and I saw him get some extra love (chicken). Why couldn't that be me.Not that you expect Popeyes to be in a nice place, but this parking lot/strip mall is pretty terrible.Doubt I will be desperate enough to come back here.
I thought there was a drive thru. Drove pretty far here to realize there's no drive thru. Very misleading advertisement. So went inside and waited almost an hour. Had punk teenager kids come in and just be obnoxious. So waiting here was kinda dreadful. Won't be back. Tho service was great! Just bad timing.

The sandwich is too too too salty, I think because the sauce they put in it, but everything else's cooked to perfection. I love their food but not the SALT. PLEASE !

Not that this would make a difference since I'm sure the few hundred 1 stars have fallen on deaf ears but, I order frequently from UberEats. This location has served the best food out of all of the other locations. Food arrived hot and crispy, tried to order again the next day....and they're out of fries, out of half of their food options. I don't really understand being a fast food franchise and fries being one of your main sellers and not having enough stock for a casual sunday?

First of all there was a piece of paper in my sand which. I'm not sure how that happens. Second the worker was on there phone during the whole time while waiting. Phone was next to food while bagging the orders. 3rd I got a cheesecake to go and there was just no spoon. Just really bad overall very disappointed.
