All three of my bubble tea cups split open along the side while in the takeout bag on the way home today. Never had this happen before with any bubble tea cup so I think it's an issue with this store. I've been to lots of other shops including Presotea but this was my first time going to this particular store.

I wanted to try a new boba spot in OC and found this gem in the corner of the plaza I always go to. It's pretty small inside, so it's more of a to-go spot with self-serving ordering screens. There's a lot of variety in drinks here, which I really enjoy.I've gotten their roasted oolong milk tea and their lychee strawberry fruit tea. I really like the roasted flavor in the oolong milk tea. I also got it with their panda topping, which is half boba half crystal boba. Their fruit tea is also really good and refreshing. So far, I've liked their teas and I'm excited to try other stuff. I also like how affordable these drinks are compared to everywhere else.The plaza is pretty big, so there's parking somewhere, but the corner where they're located will probably be full. The staff is really friendly and have made my drinks pretty quickly. Overall, I'd definitely come back!

Found this boba place when I ate at the restaurant above it. Got my order to go. Called it in and picked it up. Had the winter melon tea with 50% sugar and boba. Have to say, loved the decor of this place! It was super clean and nice fun and vibrant vibe inside. The staff worked quick to get my order up. The wintermelon was good! I loved the freshness of the tea and they have an option to customize the sugar and ice level. The boba was nice and chewy and not overly cooked where it is mushy. They had something else in the tea which I couldn't figure out. I think it was bits of melon. It wasn't what is normally in the drink so it was weird texture and unexpected for me. Give them a solid 4 for service and quality of their drink.

I took my daughter here for our Halloween treat and we weren't disappointed. We enjoyed our drinks, white peach milk tea and taro coconut cream smoothie at regular sweetness. It was a very hot day and this was a perfect refreshment. We had a pleasant customer service . We will go back soon.Dietary restrictions: You can request regular sweetness to very low sweetness , which is an option we need more of.Parking: It's a very busy shopping center. The location is closer to the main street, so parking on street won't be too bad of a walk.

Nice little place to grab some boba tea and catch up with a friend or two. Any more people than it would be too crowded.
I have no idea how this place got a 4.6.... Staff is super friendly, but the quality of the drinks is terrible. We got 3 drinks, all from different categories -- one fruit tea, one cloud, one milk tea, some with boba some didn't. But they were all below mediocre. None of us was able to finish our drink.

I came here with a friend and I must say that Presotea has an extensive selection from the usual milk teas to the signature drinks that stand out. The ambiance is very cozy and I am fond of the gray walls and seating on the right side. There are kiosks to place your orders or you may ask for assistance from their bobaristas on duty. I ordered their signature fruit tea at 70% sweetness, less ice and regular boba. Since we arrived closer to 1pm, service was quick that we got our drinks within 2 minutes. However it got busier after 1:30pm, which may have resulted an "after-lunch" rush. Parking can be a challenge due to its scarcity on the shopping plaza and traffic on Bolsa Avenue.The fruit tea tasted perfectly naturally because the thin slices of apples and oranges complimented the balanced flavors. I ended up eating the fruit slices once I finished my tasty drink. The boba was very chewy as expected. I would love to come back here again and try other signature drinks on their menu.

I needed to use the restroom (just number 1) and couldn't find it anyplace in Westminster; I asked at least 7 shops and restaurants, and they all said no public restroom, toilet is broken... My kids were craving boba drinks, so I looked it up on Yelp. When I arrived, I asked if I could use the restroom and informed them that I would get boba beverages for my kids. The same thing... No public restroom, toilet is broken... I had to go upstairs in order to use the restaurant in a Dim Sum restaurant. Very upset and wondering how people can shop in Westminster... I still bought boba drinks for my kids. My kids say that the drinks simply taste ok...You can make an exception for customers who need to use the restroom, but insist no, it can drive customers away and lose you business...
