This is a small strip mall restaurant on Bolsa and a short walk from Asian Garden at the heart of Westminster's Little Saigon. Outstanding banh xeo. Ask for rice paper if you want to wrap it. Older woman/owner was friendly and the price was reasonable. I will definitely be back when we are in Westminster again.

We waited almost an hour for the food. I got the shrimp noodle. The food was mediocre. We asked for water, but didn't know they charged for it until we paid. They only allow cash. The server knows minimum English. People are loud and always coughing. I recommend not eating here and going somewhere else. There are like 10 other Vietnamese restaurants within the 100 feet radius.

We waited 45 minutes until the food was served. The serve speed was totally unacceptable. They ripped you off by charging 1 dollar for the water for each person WITHOUT telling you the water is not free. What’s even worse is that it’s just freaking tap water. It’s a completely robbery. DON’T come here for food. Not worth your time and money.

I've been coming here for bánh xèo and it is the best bánh xèo here. The restaurant is a mom and pop shop but serve the best bánh xèo. It is better than Quan Mi bánh xèo because the bánh xèo here is full of filling and tastes better too. Anyone who likes bánh xèo, should drop by here and give it a try. You won't regret it!

The beef was really tender and juicy! The shrimp and noodles were really flavorful! Overall both dishes fulfilled my cravings. The service here were friendly and sweet. The vibes here felt cozy and chill!

I tried this place because of the positive reviews on their beef stew dishes. After scanning the menu 3 times, however, I didn't see it listed so I thought they discontinued this. The place was pretty crowded so I just ordered the filet mignon pho and a bahn xeo with shrimp for takeout. Very generous portions and very tasty. When the server brought my order to me I showed her a Yelp picture of the Hu Tieu Bo Kho (beef stew w noodles) and she offered to have it made for me! I didn't want to wait because I had to take the food I already got home to my wife. But I shall return knowing that I can ask for it without it being on the menu..
