This place is delicious and they had this new drink called ume sparkling, nice and refreshing exactly what's needed during all you can eat! Recommend the drink and the seasoned konbu broth or spicy miso broth!!!

Another pretty good old school shabu style that also has ayce option. Don't expect a sauce/veggie bar like some other ayce places but the two stable main sauces are good, one more than the other. Goma and ponzu I liked the goma a bit more has deep toasty sesame flavor and not diluted sesame. Wish the ponzu would have a bit more of citrus flavor rather than straight tangy without citrus scent. Broth and meats were standard pretty good, pricing can be a bit more competitive especially with the other oc choices now. Service was attentive and friendly. Their bbq side is definitely better imo.

This is by far, one experience I will not forget. As parents to 3 kids, going on a date is treated as a special occasion. It's been a minute since we've been back; however, the charm has not been lost. We couldn't be more fortunate to have Kevin as our waiter. Choosing a broth is an art form. Kevin has mastered that art. He suggested going with his signature take on the Kombu broth. I threw caution to the wind and went with his suggestion. Thank goodness I did, because it is now on the top of my list. Let me tell you, I've gone to a lot of shabu spots. I mean, just by looking at me, you can tell I've had my fair share. Broth, yuzu, shabuya wont compare. If you're adventurous and willing to try something new, hit up Kevin and ask for the Kombu special - Kevin's way.

I recently tried this restaurant, and I can't stop raving about it! I had the tonkotsu soup base and it was incredibly flavorful! My friends and I were also pretty impressed with the quality of meat! Lots of kudos to our super attentive servers, Kevin and Will! We did the AYCE dinner option, and they would always check up on us to refill our meats and veggies! The great service made this dining experience even more enjoyable! Can't wait to return!

Shabu spots are only as good their sauces. Shinobu's sesame sauce is dialed in.Meat was a plus.

I have been here a few times before but recently came for a birthday dinner with a group of about 17 people (kids included). They were the only shabu restaurant that took reservations and could accommodate a large group! We were seated in the back room and all of the servers were so accommodating! We were offered either Al carte or all you can eat. Which everyone has to do one or the other, so we all selected the all you can eat option. It was more value for your money. The down side is that you can't take left overs home and I love to take my soup home to eat the next day.. I will of course return to shinobu because I've enjoyed them a few times before, but the service and knowing they have all you can eat option now makes it more likely friends or family will want to go too!

Really enjoyed my meal at Shinobu. Great food, great service, and overall a wonderful time. Our server was friendly and attentive. She took her time to explain the menu and got us everything we needed. We opted for the AYCE menu at $34.99/person. The Spicy Miso broth was really good. The spicy level was super mild, but you can opt to add more chili oil to up the spiciness. They had a form where you can add eggs, appetizers, and choose whichever vegetables and noodles you want.Choice Short Rib 5/5 - Perfect balance of lean and marbled meat. Best out of the three meats we tried. I'd recommend this.U.S. Wagyu Chuck Eye 4.5/5 - Very lean meat if that's what you prefer.U.S. Wagyu Beef Belly 4/5 - More fatty, similar to pork belly.

I drive 45 minutes to an hour to come here, the staff is extremely friendly, the food is incredible and I always have the best experience here! This is the best Shabu place around! Andrew is seriously the most incredible server ever! I always hope he’s working when I come by, I really recommend checking it out :)

I love this place! This became my go to shabu when I got pregnant last year. For some reason all I wanted to eat was shabu during my pregnancy, and since this place is right by my office, we decided to give this place a try one day. They have the all you can eat menu & the a la carte. I'm never brave enough to do the all you can eat, so the a la carte usually keeps me satisfy. Broth is deliciously rich & flavorful, meat is very high quality & veggies are always fresh. My order: Spicy Tonkotsu w/ regular size pork belly, white rice & clear noodles.NOTE: one of the staff introduced us to adding truffle oil to our broth & dipping sauce, it will make our broccoli taste a lot better. I'm glad that he did because it sure does taste 10x better. Ever since I learned that, I always ask for extra broccoli on my veggie plate.
