We came here for lunch and ordered the small Bun Mam hotpot. Upon stepping into the restaurant, we were greeted by the mam aroma. It didn't take us long to get our hotpot set up and all the fixings. It was not super busy when we came (maybe 3 other tables), so we were cared for quickly. The place is small and might get stuffy during peak time. The bun mam broth was flavorful with the right amount of mam. They provided the tamarind sauce for dipping. I added a bit to my broth bowl. This balanced the salty and sour flavor, which gave it another taste dimension. Good place to curb my bun mam craving. The lychee lemon iced tea is very refreshing for this kind of food!

Everything is perfect from the food to the service staff. The only big minus point is that the chef rang the bell to order the waiter continuously in a very impolite manner. I've come here many times and every time I hear the bell ring "ting ting ting ting" so many times that my dining experience is somewhat diminished. Maybe i might be there one more time to see how change are they

The food is okay. The restaurant is small, when it's full house it was super loud with all the noises. You know Vietnamese, we talk loud :)). I can't handle the noise and try to get out early.Not the best place for lunch though because it's really hard to find the parking during lunch time. It was busy busy. Plus, my roasted pork has bonus Silver flake :)) I meant the foil wrap

INEXPRESSIBLE! Highly recommend this hot spot. I don't wanna comments about the crowd or background noise cuz if you go on the weekends every good place will have the same issue for long getting line. But the DISHES i ordered are incredibly delicious. Impressive of fresh seafood. The owner she is nice and pay attention to the customers. If you come for good food and not attentive to the chaotic inside nor outside the restaurant then this is the PLACE! Im satisfied of the wait.

By coincident, we were parking in front of this place and thinking about going to eat somewhere, but we were undecided, so I said let try this new place. The old restaurants that were here before weren't good, and it was hard to find good restaurants around the Bolsa area, so I was skeptical. Upon entering, we found this place is small, warming, and service people are friendly. There aren't too many options in the menu, so I randomly order bún đậu mắm tôm and my boss (oops, my wife) orders bún mắm. The food comes out very fast. We were both impressed by how good the food was. I haven't found any restaurant that makes bún đậu and bún mắm so good like here. I mean it is the best! We are now coming here 2-3 times a week to eat and try other dishes. Mì Quảng is also very good. I think this place makes it better than authentic mì in Danang. Bún bò is not the best, but it's a lot better than most places around here. This place is a hidden gem waiting for you to discover.

I had Mi Quang and Mì trôn muối ớt. Been here couple times so o decided to leave a review today. The restaurant small , cute and Clean. The servers very nice and friendly. I like the honey green tea and Bun mam here. Highly recommend!
In these 2 months, I have been this place 5 times for lunch in the weekend and I discovery the boss lady that she always over charge my bill... I was so disappointed about that, so I won't come back to this place anymore .. if you going to this place, you better look carefully on your bill, don't let her cheat you!

It looks good on yelp. Specially bun mam , well , not a cup of tea for me, not my fav. to be honest . Came about 11.30am , lunch time . Waited 10 minutes for a table , it has about 8 small tables... small, eh . It took 5 minutes for 2 bun mam special arrived, it had 2 small pieces of roast pork. 2 shrimps , 4 pieces of squid and 1 slice of cat fish. The bun mam broth was very good, very well balanced and has a lot of mam flavor. Very impressive even though not my favorite food. Good food, good service for 15.99 a bowl of bun mam. A good solid 5 star rating.

The best vermicelli with tofu and shrimp paste ( bun dau mam tom) in Orange County I've ever eaten. This is the second time I have eaten at this restaurant. I really like the food here, especially the restaurant owner's service, she is very enthusiastic and cheerful, good service. I will definitely come back and recommend to friends.

Decent place for Bánh canh and bún nắm. Quick service. Like most Vietnamese places, you don't come here expect tip notch customwr service. Bún nắm was decent, has nắm flavor but not too overwhelming. All required ingredients are there: fish filet, pork belly, eggplants, squid, shrimp, rau chuối, etc. The eggplants was hard, not my favorite in this dish. But overall, it's good. Good Bánh canh and mì quãng. Mì quãng has the soup in separated bowl. This is great, some people like soup in mì quãng. Some might like it less.
