I came to get few drinks for my coworker and me in the morning to start a day. I asked for a cup of ice and they said wait for a sec but that a sec took me like 20 mins straight. Is it that hard to scoop a pack of ice in a cup and give it to customer? Their attitude is very rude and not friendly at all. Shop was neither that crowded to make staffs upset face nor forced customer to wait for a long time just to get a cup of ice. My day was never ever came any worse :)

My heart always hurts when employees make fun of accents. Making fun of any accent no matter if it's from Australia or the south of the United States...There is no reason to start mocking people. I felt embarrassed and weird and will not be coming here again. Inappropriate behavior that isn't acceptable in ANY situation.

Everytime I come to this Starbucks I always have meaningful conversations with Emma, leah, and jack. They are always so sweet to me and I always appreciate their hard work. They are amazing people with kind hearts. You'll definitely see me again!

This review is for Cameron primarily. His bright smile and warm welcome absolutely set the tone in the store. My husband and I walked in and he immediately greeted us with a big smile, and he wasn't even the person at the register taking orders. It was truly awesome to have that welcome!! Great work Cameron! You are an asset. Keep it up!! The gal taking our order was sweet but incredibly hard to hear due to her low voice and wearing a mask. She was sweet though. The store was clean and well stocked. They have a gender neutral bathroom.

Worker guy with tattoos & piercings made a mistake. I ordered a "Iced Green tea Lemonade" in a loud and clear voice. Simple. As I'm driving, I noticed he gave me an "Iced Green tea" .....MISSING the lemonade. To a lot of people, tea taste bad unless it's mixed with lemonade or fruit / syrup and is cold & iced. Waste of money.

WORST Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The staff is so rude and have the meanest look on their faces. There’s a girl with the ugliest attitude and resting B face. She slams peoples drinks, instead of handing it to people and says Nothing to the customer. Someone asked for extra whipped cream on the side the other day and she just slammed it on the counter instead of handing it to the customer directly and it wasn’t even busy at the time. But regardless if it’s busy or not, that should not affect the customer service. I witnessed a situation this morning where a customer was complaining about that same employee slamming her drink. She spoke to the “supervisor” and the supervisor was very insensitive and handled the situation poorly. She made an excuse for the employee as to why she was slamming people’s drinks instead of trying to make things right with that customer. I feel the tension every time I walk into this store and this morning’s situation was the last straw for me. Starbucks is known for their great customer service and friendly and welcoming attitude. This store is making Starbucks look horrible.

Worst service I've seen in a while Cela is very rude claims no venti cups are available but I clearly see them h will not return and definitely calling corporate.
