Worst experience at a Starbucks ever. They took 20 minutes to pour me a chia tea that was pre made in a pitcher. When I got there and ordered there was 2 people in front of me and 4 people behind me I ordered 2 drinks, both being tea and just needed to be poured into a cup. The first one came out and the second didn't for another 20 minutes while they made everyone else's drinks. When I went up to find out why it was taking so long the guy goes " sorry here's your drink" and handed me someone else's drink. I told them it was my drink and he said sorry and started making my drink. He was so busy talking to a customer that he walked into another employee and split half of it on the floor and to make up for the part he split he filled it with water. When I asked for a refund they told me they don't do refunds. Biggest joke of a Starbucks ever!

Not sure of the kind awesome souls working behind the barista green aprons today but this Starbucks always has good jams and they really brighten my daughters and I days thanks for the fun memories and wonderful drinks I enjoy coming here :-).

Why can't they advertise that they are inside a Target instead of a Starbucks store? I really hate driving there only to have to park in the boondocks and walk into a department store. Had I been informed, I could have selected a different location.

Karla was very welcoming right off the bat taking my order and Jacky made my drink to perfection. They always have everything I want and has become my go to for Starbucks.

The staff are always really friendly with me. They have been helpful when I had questions about seasonal items. They have been kind enough to give me samples and help me decide. I do not like the Starbucks cold brew. It has an odd zing to it. The rest of their drinks are always made well though. This location is clean and open.

After Xmas but before New Years and popped in for an Arnold Palmer. They actually shake the drink which makes feel like it tastes better d: the team working the line and the bar were nice and friendly. Even to the super picky and mildly annoying patrons (haha). Really love popping by before or after a Target run.

I was JUST telling my bf seconds before ordering that Starbucks food is pretty good and he swore it wasn't and I tried to prove him wrong and take him to the bakery section and first thing I see is a scary white fuzzy monster mold! Ugh wow He was right! I stand corrected! (Literally lol I'm standing here rn writing this SMH). So I didn't end up ordering. Least y'all can do is check the bakery windows...should definitely be on top of the do list. Really obvious too, therefore contaminating the other foods around it (even though they don't use the display food, but they are touching it to replace items or move things therefore touching sprints of mold or air mold.)

Me and my girlfriend just stopped and got a caramel frap and 1 other drink anyways I don’t know who the employee was but he was so rude! He barely acknowledged us and it seemed like he was trying to avoid serving us, the drinks were good but this guy did not wanna be their at all, idk who he is but it was 10:10 am Monday morning April 22. also the look on his face when I said thank for the drinks ??? like friendliness is a foreign concept.

The place has great shoes but the services is terrible. I was waiting for a fitting for my daughter and we were waiting for a long time and I asked them because some people after us were attended first than us.

First of all you have over 50 people waiting in line and you only have 1 cashier working. Took 20 mins to even get to the register. Then when I get there your cashier is so d*** she doesn't even know how to work the price matching app. So I ask a manger and her dumbass couldn't either. I'll be taking my business to kohl's. Your store is a huge joke. You just lost a customer for life.
