Don't let the small space fool you! Seriously the two gentle men working today between 1-2 YOU GUYS ROCK SOO HARD!! We had a an order of 4 items and a side and our food was ON POINT!! We got exactly what we ordered on paper it was beautiful !! Taste is just an add on so THANK YOU BOTH! && Ty subway for being here :)

Patricia, the manager, was not very helpful. Their system on their end was having issues. She could see by the email I showed her, that my food was placed at her location, and paid for. I even got an update that showed my order was ready for pick up. So instead of her going ahead with fixing my order, she refused, and kept telling me to re purchase. Why would I pay again for something I already paid for!!!

This review is long overdue - I came a while back during my trip to Orange County but I still remember my experience.Upon entering this Subway, I was greeted with a smile despite them being busy. The lady was making sandwiches and still looked up to greet me - felt very welcome! From first glance, I can see that the restaurant was kept clean and tidy which is always good to see at a food spot. The wait wasn't too long and when it was my turn, the lady that greeted me seemed very happy to take my order. I was a bit indecisive on which sandwich to get but the lady recommended me a few of her favorites and I went with the meatball marinara. I didn't think it would be a good choice since I assume the sauce would make the bread soggy but it was recommended! I asked which bread was her favorite as well and she recommended Italian herb & cheese. I asked for the sandwich to be toasted, chose my sauces and asked for the works minus cucumbers. I didn't think it would all fit because the sandwich looked but she wrapped it effortlessly! After my sandwich was done, she asked if I would like any drinks or cookies to go with my meal. She highly recommended me the cookies so I ordered 3 of them. I'm glad I did because they were DELECTABLE - chef's kiss. Her customer service was above and beyond so I asked for her name so I can make sure to give her recognition. She told me her name is Patricia. Whenever you're here, make sure have her make your sandwich made by her! My sandwich was nicely toasted, hot, and delicious. I'll definitely come back to try more of their many options in the future.

This is my normal lunch spot once a month when i work in this area. They don't like having to make an order special. Example if you want cucumber instead of tomatoes. I got the dirtiest look from the employee when I asked for extra olives. He would huff evey time I would make a choice. I think I'll go somewhere else from now on.

On December 2nd,2022 at 5:26pm I and my daughter 5 year old come here to eat,we stay on table to enjoy my food.Suddenly ,the employee here is very impolite and unprofessional training ,she comes to clean the rubber carpet (5feet)next to us,the dust goes everywhere ….we are more shocked when she continue sweeping all dust to our table’s direction.I ask her “why u sweeping all dust to customer sitting on table,dust goes everywhere …“she said “ok!”…and continue sweeping!!!Iam speechless and very disappointed about subway employees training.I never come back here again
