Wasn’t the first time I ordered online and they were missing an item. I decided to call if I can get a refund for one of the items and they cut me off and ended the call, proceeding to ignore following calls too. :(

There's a reason why this location has 90% 1 and 2 star reviews. Normally I'll splurge on something better but times are tough. Got a "chalupa" . It had about a teaspoon of black beans on it. Few pieces of lettuce. About 6$. I work so much I don't have time to grocery shop/cook. This company clearly doesn't care at all about anything but over charging for small portions, to the hardest workers who can't afford anything else.

Ordered food for my son & I asked for no sour cream we got sour cream on the tacos. Then the tacos were either old or something was put in them because the tacos were stuck to the wrapper and the shell was soggy and sticky! We literally threw away our food! It was nasty! And when we went through drive thru they told us the food wasn't ready and we needed to back up in the drive thru & they let us know when it was ready, never had that happen before but whatever they did to the food we didn't eat it! Waste of time & $$
The drink was horrible, the Sierra Mist didn't even taste right. This is honestly just sad how bad it tasted.

The app is trash. I paid for the tacos lover promo where they give you a taco everyday. I was no where near Garden Grove when I placed my order but it selected that location. When I went to cancel it, it said I had already redeemed it, instead of giving giving me the credit/reward back.The employee, Eduardo, helped me out and honored my order here at this location.Customer service was 10/10 for me.

If you have another option to get food, go for it.Worst customer service i've ever seen, I had order thru the app, order was ready and they didn't wanted to hand on the driver thru, I had to come inside to pickup, THE STORE/DRIVE THRU WAS EMPTY !

This is a bad Taco Bell location. The workers likely just despise their jobs because the two young men at the drive-thru window always have such sarcastic replies when you order, sort of an immature-mocking-ish type of tone that can pass as "polite" if you were to take away the sarcasm. It's a no for me.
