I just bought this side of rice and it smelled and tasted like some sort of chemical. I called to let them know and the guy who answered did not want to provide a name and he seemed so out of it. I hung up on me, this side of rice was for my toddler. When I asked him his name he pretended not to hear me, and ended up hanging up on me after asking him about 3 times. Please be careful with your food, it is a shame that they behave like this.

I've driven by this location for 10 years, and tonight my husband and I found out why we will never return. First, and MOST importantly, change your gloves! A previous poster mentioned this place is spotless. My response, at the expense of the consumer. We decided to eat in (whatever that was we did eat, that couldn't have been meat). The entire time we were there, I watched the food prep guy behind the counter wiping down the counters, the stainless steel lids, and cleaning all the spilt food in and around hot food bins. The white rag he was using was filthy, soiled, and absolutely cross contaminating the entire food prep area. As customers came in, this man would grab a pen, write down the order, then go grab a tortilla(still wearing the same cross contaminated greasy gloves) and proceed to handle food. The minute anything other than food is handled, gloves must come off, hands washed, and a new pair donned. Completely disgusted, I then revert back to our food...we ordered carne asada and carnitas tacos, and a carne asada with chicken burrito. Approximately 75% of taste is smell, and our food had a very distinct unappealing scent. I have never seen steak and chicken minced like canned hash. After a couple bites, and the repulsive smell of the meat, I tossed the rest in the trash. The owner better clean up their act before someone becomes very ill. We spent $26.00 and thank God not a penny more. The pop up taco guys on the side walk blow this place out of the water. Lastly for the establishment, review OSHA and appropriate safety protocols and RIP OFF YOUR GLOVES!

First of all we called them and asked if they had Carne Asada fries and they told us yes. We get to the place and they do not have carne asada fries. We end up getting a small cup of horchata and drink it. We take the lid off to eat the ice and there is a fly in our cup. It's honestly awful to think that I almost consumed an insect. And when I tell the cashier they have the audacity to offer me another cup of the same horchata that had an insect in it. How about a refund? But as the respectful young lady I am I just tell them to check their horchata. Thank you but I will not be returning.

Love this location! They have a great Taco Tuesday deal (1.49 each) and I ordered 7 tacos for $10-11. It was such quick service and there was a lot of parking. The workers are very nice and their food was very fragrant and fresh. They have extra lime and sides on the bar near the counter. There is a small free for using card so bring cash if you can. I would come back again if I wanted delicious street tacos! There is a lot of seating inside as well if you want to dine in.
I've come here twice because I don't live in California, however, I'm giving 4 stars. The tacos are at a price of $1.99 which is good for lots of us lol but sometimes I'd rather pay a little more for some great tacos. I've only had their tacos of asada, cabeza, buche, carnitas. The tacos are small, yet I don't really like that they add more onion than cilantro, I like my tacos to have a fair amount of both toppings. The salsas are good yet I don't like that they add a little too much for my liking. I love the asada and the cabeza. Buche was okay today and carnitas was a little not to fresh this time. For drink I had an horchata, and it's great. 1 star off for tables not being clean other than that, it's a decent place. Service is good, everyone there is friendly.

Iv been coming here since I was little, the quality of the food is amazing! Iv tried everything on the menu and it's all 10 stars. This will forever be my go to spot. Even after Iv moved and have a closer taco spot to me I'll always make the drive here when I'm craving tacos. The only thing is they're busy so seating area is a bit messy from others when they're done eating.
