We went here last night because the one in TK market was closed. If that was opened we never gone here. My wife bought few items..Xoi dau phong..she asked if the xoi is dried, the server said no..when we arrived home. My wife opened and realized the xoi was dried. She was disappointed since she was lied to. Never go back to this place. If you noticed when other che stores always sold out except this one...wonder why...

Some staff employee is rude . All of them don’t wear gloves to pick up , prepare food and they handle money the same hands . They need to have one cashier and another person serve the food . Very unorganized

Best place to get Vietnamese dessert! I love the green pandan jello (don't know what it called but my family calls it "the green thing" ) and their drinks! Super fresh and great flavor! I like how this location wraps the desserts in plastic wrap while on display to ensure no flying creature lands on it!

This is my go-to place when I'm craving all things Vietnamese desserts. I almost always leave with more items than intended because the aroma and sights of all the delicious goodies. I almost always get their chè ba màu (3 colored dessert) and cớm dẹp. My only issue is I wish they would have a menu with pricing. Highly recommend to give this place a try if you're craving something sweet (although they also have savory sticky rice too). It's located near T&K so parking is plenty.

As you can see they make tons of che (desserts) and xoi (sweet sticky rice). We found this location first and my mom did her thing lol. I do think the banana cakes we got were old because it had a fermented taste to it. I like the other locations near the T&K supermarket. But that one has a long line.

Visiting from Hawaii. We don't have any decent Vietnamese food so we hsd to check this out. I didn't know there were two locations on the same street so we went to this location unknowingly. We came pretty late in the day, around 7pm. So we assumed they had sold out of a lot of stuff, lady who helped us was really nice and patient. My mom kept asking questions and the aunty working kindly answered them all. She advised us come in the morning, there's more items which made sense. Next day, we returned in the morning and they did have more items so we picked up a bunch of random ones. The two guys who helped us were fast and efficient. I liked everything they had. Banana che, xoi and all the stuff idk how to say but I know what it is. Lol

Not as good as the one also in Bolsa by Quán Hỷ. Coconut cream is too rich, thick consistency, no wonder yesterday the weather was 100°, but just one or people in there, compared to the one by Quán Hy, the line is really long.....

The workers here are super sweet and there is a ton of variety with the Vietnamese desserts! I got some sesame balls and steamed rice cake with a jelly/boba coconut drink. The desserts are cheap and freshly made. I have been coming here every time I go up to Orange County. If you are craving viet desserts, I recommend trying this place.

They suddenly increased price from $1.50 to $3.50 each items and no buy 2 get one free. What a crook place, stay away and go somewhere else only $2.50 and buy 2 get one free better deal and taste the same. Don't believe what other said this only good place BS.

Get in line then when a lady is free to help you she will raise her hand. The lady was super sweet that helped me. I got the che baba which has sweet potatoes and coconut milk. It was only ok. I wish I had gotten the che ba mau or the mochi che. The flan-awesome, creamy and light. Banana fried-was good. The green and yellow striped jelly-good. The star though?-the banh cam-the fried sesame balls with mung bean filling. The lightest and crispiest I've ever had. The xoi with sausage was super good too. There were so many others I wanted to try. I didn't have enough stomach for more. Will have to visit again I guess!

Got the xoi gac, xoi sau rieng, and che dau and che chuoi. They were all delicious and fresh! However, the portions for the xoi were not as filled as they were used to. I just wish they fill it up a bit more cause they be expensive for one box. Also the service is slow sometimes hence the 3 stars.
