Haven't been to a Flame Broiler since 2020, and returning was very unsatisfying. The prices have gone up but the portions are significantly smaller than what it's worth. The rice is still good but the meat was gnaw-y and overall didn't taste good without sauce. The guy at the counter was friendly and nice though.

They refuse a delivery driver to use the restroom.What a shame.Nowadays 35/45% of sales are made by the delivery app.

The 5 star rating is for their tofu plate. It's delicious! You get a choice of base. White, brown, salad or vegetables, which works for everyone. The tofu is quality and they give you a nice sized "steak" that seems to be seared in a pan with a light Teri sauce. Of course there are more sauces you can add on your own. The price was a little high, at $15, but sometimes you just don't have time to DIY.

The quality of food have declined at this place. Chicken is terrible, very hard and chewy undercooked, overcooked, or left uncovered for too long. Plastic utensils they give are very cheap quality and too small to eat with. I won't be coming back here again.

Meh , It depends to the one you go to. Costa Mesa's is good HB is meh, which totally defeats the purpose of a chain. You are supposed to have the same experience in all locations.

I ordered a half and half with no vegetables. When I came home and opened my bowl, U see vegetables that were not cooked properly and tasted raw. Nothing more annoying when they screw up your order on such a simple order.

I got the Angus Beef Bowl the meat was under cooked and so was the rice. The rice had a slight crunch to it.

This Flamebroiler is right next to a Chic flit and they have a steady flow of traffic. I think that says a lot. The staff is friendly and my order is ALWAYS correct. I go here on a weekly basis and it has been consistent. I can't wait to go back next week!

Didn't come to eat here. This review is about a particular staff member at Flame Broiler. My boyfriend and I were trying to get to Chick Fil A and parking was insane. We decided to park in a sign that was labeled "20 Minute Parking" to run in, get Chick Fil A to go, then leave. This spot was in front of the Flame Broiler and the Korean Restaurant next to it, but this spot was NOT labeled as Flame Broiler parking only. I am someone who abides by rules so I parked in the spot knowing I would be in and out in 15 minutes from Chick Fil A, and since it was not designated restaurant parking I parked there. 15 minutes goes by, and my boyfriend and I get back to my car and a Flame Broiler employee comes out. He doesn't say anything but angrily and in a really petty way points at my boyfriend and then at the 20 minute parking sign. My boyfriend responds and says "we were only here for 15 minutes and got our food to go. What's the problem?" The guy just walks away and says nothing back. Left a really bad taste in our mouth. Keep in mind there were like 3 open spots next to us in front of Flame Broiler. It wasn't like we were taking up their prime parking and sitting there forever. Won't be going to this Flame Broiler ever because of this. Seems like this guy was twiddling his thumbs waiting for someone to get mad at for no reason. So unprofessional.
