Churro/ice cream combo was good however, premises were beyond filthy. Customer service was also lacking. Trash can lids looked as if they'd never been cleaned a day in the life- not to mention the restrooms. Filthiest restrooms I've seen in a while. Just outright disgusting. That and the trash cans alone make me never want to go back. Not to mention, employee who made our desserts didn't even wash his hands before preparing, he just sanitized and put gloves on. Won't be back.

Awsome place. I live on the east coast! Traveled to the west coast and wanted a chiro! Omg thing so different now got to get them from the bakery! Their chiro was awesome orginal good taste! Nice work! Check out The Loop you won't be disappointed!

Such a cute and fun spot to bring your little one! My sweet tooth led me here. Cuttle little dessert spot with huge backdrop for pictures. They also had a little photo machine to take Kawaii like pictures. There were so many different kind of Churros, Ice cream and toppings to choose from. The Creme Brûlée Churro was my favorite. The warm and crispy churro paired with ice cream was heaven! My daughter thoroughly enjoyed the ice cream and toppings. Staff was nice enough to explain to us since it was our first time. They were very patient with my daughter and god son which I truly appreciated. We didn't feel rushed to decide even with a long line behind us. Parking is also a plus because its located in a shopping plaza with plenty of parking.

Good place for dessert if you're in the area! The churros were hot and freshly made. The strawberry cheesecake came with cheesecake chunks that were actually pretty good. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Overall aesthetic of the food and place is worth visiting.

Life can throw you for a loop, why not eat one? Been craving churros so we popped in to the loop. It's such a cute little corner spot. The deco where you can take pics with your ordered desert was very cute and adorable. I ordered: A loop dipped in white chocolate with sprinkles + a soft served ice cream Yes life is sweeter with this churros loop! I couldn't agree more. The churros was still warm when the handed to me. It was perfect texture, crunch and rolled in their cinnamon & sugar coating. I'm not a big fan of soft served in general so nxt time but it was still delicious. The workers were so sweet and welcoming.

What a sad place for churros when you hire workers that act like someone pissed in their cornflakes. Let me preface this by saying that I don't use the word love lightly, and yet I also profess that I love churros. So that gives you an idea of how fond I am of them. And my basis of comparison is Disneyland churros, because for reasons unknown, theirs is the best either by association to the fuzzy childhood memories from visiting Disneyland, or that they might just make the best ones I've had. I'm not sure. I've had several others, at Costco, fast food places, theme parks, etc., so you can bet I've had my fair share of churros the last few decades to provide a valid opinion on texture, taste, etc. Fast forward to finally coming into this place. I've eyed it for over a year, hankering to come in. A few weeks ago that opportunity came to fruition after I took my son for a haircut next door before we stopped off for churros. He went to go wash his hands after ordering their sampler box. When he came out he said their restroom had no soap. Or paper towels. We were the only patrons in the shop the whole time we were there on a sunny Saturday afternoon: prime churro eating time imo. Amid searching for hand sanitizer, the worker had finished our order as someone else came in to take their order, placed the box on the counter, but said nothing. I don't read minds and I certainly don't take unknown boxes that could be someone's else's order. I'm Asian, but having grown up in this country, I also have a mouth to speak. Female worker gave me a disgusted look and said our order was over there. I thanked her as I picked up my order and on the way out my son said the worker looked like a real b. I told him as the customer she's supposed to thank me, not the other way around. No smile. No acknowledgement. Just a "take it and go f yourself" mentality. The churros themselves weren't that amazing. They're deep fried and they put the toppings on on site, so it's fresh, the same concept as duck donuts. But why would I want to pay for overpriced churros when they ruin it with a bad attitude? No, thanks. The churros are small and they're not soft like a good churro should be when you bite into it. The toppings look fun but honestly, it's superfluous for a churro. I guess I'm, for lack of a better word, a churro purist, because I think the best tasting churros don't need all that extra that take away from it. All you need on a good churro is sugar and cinnamon. Unless it kind of sucks. Not the worst churros I had here, but then again, how can you really f up a deep fried pastry covered in sugar and cinnamon?

I was really looking forward to this place & soo happy i finally got to try it! They have soo many fun flavors, we went with the S'mores Churro with Ice Cream cup. It was pretty good but the Ice Cream melted wayyy tooo fast! I took a few pictures with it when we got it (i would say 2 mins max) & half of the ice cream melted. Churro was crunchy and sweet but it wasnt filled and chewy. I guess my standards were high from Disney's Churros the day before (¯`‿´¯) I would come back in the future to try more flavors tho! Better yet, bring The Loop to Hawaii!!

Poorly run establishment. Upon walking in nobody is at the counter. After waiting we are told it'll be 20 before we will get our order. However he never took our order and went back into the back. So apparently 3 orders is so overwhelming he can't take anymore. I sit down after 5 min. He comes back out to make the other orders. A couple walks in and he takes their order. Mind you I had stood up and went to the counter. He still just took their order after I've been waiting 15 min. Poorly run. It's basically empty and I have to wait 15 minutes just to order. Good luck in today's world.
