Not as good as their sister location on Westminster and Newland. The meat and tendon are too hard and chewy. Table beside us commented the same but this location is non-receptive to customer feedback to boil it longer to make it softer plus bad attitude so never coming back to this location.

I love it. I want to try Rib next time.I try original Bun Bo Hue Add great beef marrow and Beef ball. Spicy saute and broth upgrade the whole flavor.Delicious beef noodle soup. You should order the sweet and meaty beef marrow. Spicy satay. Raw vegetables ok. Next time I will eat beef ribs.

Since the 2nd location was closed. I came to the original location. While the food was still good, it lacked in flavor from the 2md restaurant. I ordered the Original Bun Bo Hue. It was still delicious but I had to force myself to finish as much as I could, unlike the 2nd location where I finished everything without trying. I would still recommend this spot if their other location is closed.

Bad service and attitude. Look at how the "owner" replied to critical reviews. The broth was oily and barely any meat. There are better places out there.

I really loved VBB when they first opened. I supported both locations. I came here all the time even when service was shitty. Then one day the soup just didn't taste the same anymore so I didn't go back for awhile. I just went back today to give it another shot here was a whole live caterpillar in my bag of veggies in my Togo order. If they washed and shredded the veggies properly then there shouldn't be a whole insect in my bag! I was already annoyed they took 15 mins on my Togo order when there wasn't that many customers. The workers here have always been really young and unfriendly . they left my order sitting there without any regard to having a customer just standing there waiting around. I had to ask them for my order for them to even notice the kitchen had it ready just sitting at the window. Price has gone up to $16 a bowl now.Eat here if you want. I'm just sharing my experience with the caterpillar in my food. There's plenty of other choices within a 1 mile radius of this place.

Our go to spot for BBH because of the broth and the beef bone. I would highly suggest them boil better noodles though lol it's like still squiggly when it arrives at the table. No bueno.

Came here with a girlfriend and wanted to share something as we both can never finish our bowls. The waiter recommended the vua Bo dac biet. It came out in a HUGE bowl with all different types of meats. There was ALOT of meat and it also came with the bone marrow with ALOT of meat on it. It came out almost instantly so we didn't have to wait long at all which was perfect because we were both starving. It came with so much food that we weren't able to finish it between us two. I think if we had one more person it would've been perfect and fed us all, prolly still have some leftover. I like that the Restaraunt is clean and quick! Definitly would come back here again.
My go to bun Bo hue place. I cum here just for the beef bone because you get so much freaking fat. The broth is mildly spicy, and the meat ratio is very gas.

Solid 4 stars. Is this place pricey for being in OC, yes, but the flavor is on point. It's hard to find a good BBH place, but this place do it right. They could give a littleMore meat, but that's becomes I'm a carnivore. Services always timely and place is clean. Love that you can use all types of payments. I'd had the Pho, bánh canh, and especially macaroni soup are all really good too. We have not been disappointed once here and we've been here many many times. There is no pic because you can see it in here lol

Stopped by recently as I haven't been around for a minute. Service was fast and attentive. This review is strictly for the Bo Kho! What can I say it's legit. Big pieces of soft tender beef and tendons. The broth was very tasty. Perfect balance of salty, sweet, and beefy flavors! I had mine with bread. Dipping that French baguette into the broth oh man!!! Hit the spot!!! Overall I was very impressed with the Bo Kho. Try it you might like it!!

This is my favorite restaurant to go to when I'm craving bun bo! I normally get bun Bo nam since I like the thin sliced rare meat and it is so good. The portion is good and the broth is in the sweeter side which is a taste I've recently gotten accustomed to! The restaurant is spacious and I have ordered Togo here multiple times and everything is always well packaged. *for parents: they have a kids non spicy bun bo hue with kid friendly meats. We used to order that, but now that our kids are older and enjoy bun Bo hue we just order the regular one and they are able to eat it.
