Place is complete shame, water cost 5 dollars, refused to give ice, advertised free tickets but kept us waiting in line outside so we had to pay to get in. also gave us a guy tax, girls was free/cheap while guys cost us $25

Worst club ever. Had a free pass before 10:40, arrived at 10 but they weren't letting ANYONE in until after 10:30. Had to pay 20 bucks for shitty music and a shitty environment. Also this was advertised as a taylor swift night and they literally only played 1 song ... as a 30 second remix. Do not spend your money here, there are so many better clubs in OC that don't lie to their customers and actually give you your moneys worth.

To the Management of Bleu, I recently had an experience at your establishment that I believe requires urgent attention. My interactions with several members of your security team, notably Richard, Angela, and Steve, were deeply troubling. Their approach was confrontational, bereft of the professionalism one would anticipate from a venue with your reputation. I found myself wondering if they would exhibit such bravado and attitude in a setting outside the club. Would Richard act like that with me at a bank. Come on try? It's vital for staff to remember that respect and courtesy should be constant, regardless of their role or environment. The overall ambiance of the club was somewhat underwhelming. The performances, in my opinion, seemed lacking in enthusiasm, and certain aspects of the club's atmosphere significantly detracted from what could have been a delightful evening. Additionally, while I respect individual freedom in attire choices, I believe there's a level of decorum that could be more consistently maintained for the betterment of all patrons. Although I refrained from sampling the food, the varied reviews I've heard suggest it might be a point of consideration for improvement. For anyone considering Bleu for an evening out, I'd recommend conducting thorough research to ensure the experience aligns with their anticipations. In closing, there appears to be a pressing need for more comprehensive training and clearer behavior guidelines for your security personnel. The actions and demeanor of staff can drastically influence a patron's evening and, in turn, the establishment's broader reputation. SO SO SO SO RUDE!!! my phone and money got stolen please don't waste your time here staff is so rude and security will kick you out for even the smallest things.., spend $40 on a vodka cranberry somewhere else .

THIS IS FOR TOXIC FRIDAYS CLUB. The person running the event on 5/12/23 is a racist and was incredibly disrespectful!!!!! So we RSVP tickets for free entry days ahead of time. The site says that If you show up before 10:30 PM, you will get in for free. HOWEVER, when we arrived, that wasn't the case. The guy "AG" told us that's not how it worked and we had to be inside by 1030 even though we arrived to the club at 930!!! They waited until 1035 to let people in. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. The guy there was so rude and said that "black people like me" are the problem. I will not be coming here and spending a dime EVER AGAIN.

The host Aj was so rude and unprofessional because we got there by 9:40 hoping to get in and they let people in at 10pm but they were not moving the line and made everyone pay $20 even though people were there earlier and they said we would not pay by 10:30 and so we had asked him if we could just go in for free since we were there before but he kicked us out.

Good place for a night out. Sometimes they have really good Vietnamese artists performing.
Lied about payment, claimed if RSVP before 10:30 would be left in for free, then made everyone pay $35 to get in. VIP was $80 to enjoy a small couch space with no breathing room. Came for the rich the kid performer party, which "started" around 10:30, but rich the kid didn't arrive till 1 am. After they said multiple times throughout the night that he was 2-5 mins away. Also, the Dj mix wasn't that well set as they had a few technical difficulties and the songs choices weren't the best. Won't be coming back to this club ever again wish I could get my money back!!!

My son has been going weekly/ bi-weekly to XO night club and just spent $200 a couple nights before going last night. He got in line by 9:00 and there were only 10 people ahead of him. People let others cut in line and by the time he got up there he was charged $30 instead of $10. He is 21 and able to buy drinks, which he does on a weekly basis. Then when him and his friends complained they were asked if they wanted to be pepper sprayed if they didn't "calm down". So people cutting in line, line going slow, gauging price to get in, then talked to with hostility when explaining concerns. He came with 4 people to meet their other 8 friends inside. Not a good way to get repeat customers.
