The staff were super nice and friendly to compare to other yummy Bao , they sell mostly convenient on-the-go & finger food like other Yummy bakery but this place look more clean , there's no tables for you to dine-in, mostly for takeouts. Oh, they have a drive through I like that . Other places the line always long on the weekends. I like this place better.

Got here on recommendation! They have the best authentic Vietnamese Banh Bao that I really love.Because they sell mostly convenient on-the-go & finger food, there’s no tables for you to dine-in, mostly for takeouts. Oh, they have a drive through, but last time I visited, a car was parked in the middle of the driveway, with no drivers. No idea if it’s of an employee or customer. The staff were super nice and friendly. She gave us helpful tips of local eateries, and agreed to let me use their private employee restroom to change my son’s dirty diaper. The Bao was good. I bought 2 boxes back to San Jose and stored them in the freezer. Still good after 2 weeks. Just need some steaming. The milk condensed coffee was also good.Other than that, they have many products that I would like to try next time I come.Vegetarian options: They have vegan dessertParking: Plenty of free parking lots reserved for Bao customersWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair entrance and roadside, and a drive through

Came in to buy some baos, and none of them were hot, not even warm :( The service was quick and the cashier that helped me was nice and friendly, but disappointed because the price is high and i was expecting warm baos for my kids and we got cold baos instead.

Employees were slow, I had to wait 20mins just for two bánh mì, and another 15mins waited just for to get out of the parking lot. Stupid parking design, only one way entrance and exit, but the exit way have to share with drive through. In order to exit the parking lot, you have to wait for drive through people.

I loooove the yummy banh bao bakery on Moran Street and with that being said, this one ehhh... not so much. Sissy was in town for a surprise visit n wanted to get some goodies before heading home, we were crunched for time. We decided to stop by bc it had a drive-thru option. Really wanted to like this place but I cannot vouch for it. The banh bao was mushy and didn't have enough flavoring. The banh bao was also a weird consistency. I think I'll stick to Moran street.

Server thang (name on receipt) is very dishonest. I came to get combination bao and they were out of it and she said she would give the pork with quail egg for the same price since the combination bao isn't ready yet- I opened the box and found out that she gave me a box of pork bbq instead! I hate pork bbq! Very dishonest this Thang person-

Yesterday at around 6:15 p.m., I called to order 3 portions of fish cake bread to take home. As always, I asked to add the sauce separately because I was afraid that if I ate it too late, the bread would be premature. The employee did not agree to give me the sauce, she said this was not sauce but soy sauce. Maybe she can't tell the difference between sauce and soy sauce. I've eaten here dozens of times, but I never thought I'd meet such a wonderful employee. I wonder if he is a new employee at the restaurant? Or is it because the bread was pre-made for other customers and was not available, so they sold it to me like that. If the manager reads my review, please retrain the shop's sales methods. If the product is ready-made but I don't take advantage of it to sell to customers, I will never return to the shop again.

I ordered the sandwiches before I went to pick up, but when I came the foods were not ready for pick up , waste my time for waiting

I love this place, be prepared to wait in line . Their egg rolls, pate chaud, and certain Bánh baos will run out earlier in the day so come early and get your cravings in. The ladies and gentleman that work the cashier area are quick and efficient. Inside is kind of small so it may get cramped if busy. They do have fridges filled with drinks and desserts. Also uncooked eggrolls that you can buy and take home to fry yourself. I recently fell in love with their banh mi heo quay ( roasted pork sandwich) . I now frequent this place once or twice a week.

They have really good roast pork banh mi, but their coffee is too diluted and rather bland
