Coffee servers show up after 4 to 5 hrs. Their common excuse is "too many guests and there are only two servers". You will be lucky if you get a cup of coffee once in 8hrs. They should allow us to take in our own coffee. Slot-machines are VERY TIGHT. We were there recently for 7 hrs and lost $950. We'll it was our choice to throw away so much money.

Forget thunder Valley you will have a much better stay here at hard Rock. Casino. The rooms are much better. The atmosphere is more welcoming. Hard Rock will not Rip off your Jackpots. Security at thunder valley stole 16,000 from me and 30,000 from another patron, they don't pay on jackpots that are easy to steel. Hard Rock is world wide and very honest. Spend your money here

I absolutely love the Hard Rock franchise. I've been to quite a few locations and always grab a pin. The food is always good and the service is even better. I come here any chance I get. The slots are good, and the card games are just as good.
Saw a great show nice venue... beer cost ridiculous $22 for a large beer... casino. Was very disappointing win ratio was lower then betting (50 to win 7) most casinos you hear people yelling while playing the slot machines when they win jackpots. No yelling, no excitement. Was there for two and a half hours. Would not in any way. Recommend gambling at hard Rock casino. Go there to see shows but do not gamble there
