I’ve been coming for years! And tonight i was racing there before the stated closing time at 9pm on Google when i was incredibly disappointed. They were closed completely with lights off at 8:45pm. When i checked their website it states 10pm closing. This is discouraging. Now i will have to find another place in the area because the hours are unreliable and nobody is updating their customers.

I went to this place last week (I've never been to any other location other than the truck in commerce), and we arrived at 8:02pm and was told they were only doing "to-go orders" and I said "oh I thought you close at 9:00" and the response was... well, more like 8:45... that was still about 45 minutes for me to eat. It wouldn't have taken me longer than that, anyway, so I was told I could eat outside. so not only was I disappointed at the fact that I had to eat outside where my food would get cold faster, but it wasn't the same in taste either (at least for me). My son works in the food industry and if his location closes at 10:00, they serve until 10:00 and he doesn't get off work until an hour to and hr and a half after they've closed to do whatever closing duties have to be done before going home. My suggestion is. If the staff needs to go home by 9:00, make your closing time 8:00 pm. Wish you guys all the best as I don't think we'll be back.

Birrieria Gonzalez was a weekly if not bi-weekly spot for us. We went today to order our usual. A few tacos dorados and a large consome with a large piña. I understand inflation is kicking everyone's butt however, don't cut down on your quality and quantity. The large consome we ordered had less meat than usual. We always had leftovers. Not this time. The tacos dorados were smaller with less meat. Finally,the piña drink was watered down. My last visit was such a disappointment. We've been going since the tacos dorados were 2.50. They are now 4.50. I don't mind paying the price but I do mind losing the quality and quantity. I'll give this place one more shot however, if we have the same experience I guess this is where we part ways. My wife said " you had something good, why do you have to mess it up".

I COULD TELL BY THE SMELL AND TASTE . MY MOM IS A CHEF .. I'M DONE WITH NASTY ENVIRONMENT HERE. NOTHING TASTED GOOD LIKE BIRRIERIA GONZALES TASTE LIKE. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST ONE . This franchise almost got 5 stars from me but there was a slight hiccup on my first order that did not make it the best experience I love birria very much so instagram reccomended their food truck located in the IE for me and i decided to check it out! I ordered a quesadilla with birria con todo, w/ a side of rice and beans. The quesadilla itself was amazing, birria was very tender and flavorful, cilantro y cebolla taste very fresh, overall great dish but unfortunately i got charged for a side of rice and a side of beans but once i got home i noticed the two items were not in the bag :( Glad i got to try a new place with great food, sad i lost out on $10 for not receiving my full order.
Location in la puente ordered a medium size birria y casi nada de carne honestly gave me the last of a pot and barely any meat . First time this happened at any location . Won't be going to la puente any more

This place has flavor I love it. I drive from Torrance, California, all the way to woodier, california. To get me some of this great food, it has flavor. The taste is great. Let me tell you, it's good food. The place is clean, very sanitary. And the serving is phenomenal

This is our go to spot for birria in the area! Portions are good and the flavor is great! Establishment is always clean when we are here and the staff is friendly! They make it super easy to call in an order for pick up.
