The 5 stars are for what I know to be THE BEST PORK BELLY TACOS IVE EVER HAD! Truly this dish here deserves all the hype because they're SOOOOOOO GOOD! No other place nearby serves them like they do here and are always consistently GOOD. The salsa and chips are amazing as well! I COME HERE FOR THESE TACOS ONLY BECAUSE THEYRE THAT GOOD !

Gourmet Mexican Cuisine. Love this place! Try the coffee, try the cheese taco and the mole fries and the salsa and chips... and... and ... and...Vegetarian options: Lots to enjoy... must try the cheese taco. The mole fries are amazing and I love their house salsa and chips. Their coffee is special. If you're a coffee lover, you will be craving it!

Came on a rainy Tuesday. Tacos on the menu were $2 off. The tacos themselves are delicious, filling and shareable. Our favorites were the shrimp and the duck tacos. We also ordered the sopes de cochinita pibil which were outstanding.

Really great. The food is fabulous. My wife said it was the best Mexican food she'd ever had. We had the camarones al mojo de ajo and the enchiladas enmoladas with the calabacitas. We will be back soon. Service was very friendly and professional, although when we were there they didn't have a runner or a busser, so the waiters and even the hostess had to clear, clean and set the tables. This slowed things down noticeably. I saw a glass of wine my wife had ordered sitting on the bar for quite a while and I asked the hostess to please get it for us. This is minor, but it resulted in people waiting a long time to be seated, even though there were empty tables. The ambience has been redone since we were there some years ago. It is bright and airy, and they play 60s U.S. pop music, which is fun. On the whole, super enjoyable and tasty! Be aware that a 16 ounce glass of Negra Modelo costs $9.

I highly recommend Bizarra Capital the best Mexican restaurant in uptown Whittier California so this is next to Whittier Museum you walk in they greeted you at the door the food is killer their Chorizo Quesadilla is my favorite their chips wow their salsa very spicy I highly recommend them

My Cousin had her 60th Birthday party here. She pre planned prior for a party of 27 people we should have had two servers , not one....All in all the Marachis were great....
"The service was slow and the shrimp tacos were disappointing, as they used mini shrimp. The homemade tortillas were great, but without enough shrimp, it just felt like an ordinary tortilla. Although the appetizers were good, the overall experience was not memorable, and I wouldn't go back.

Lots of potential and food is pretty good at least what I had. The service culture or at least from my perspective wasn't great. My server was great but the host and bartender were awkward and didn't seem to care.

Our server appeared bothered everytime we asked him for things he should have offered, like more water, chips etc. Also, a first to have to pay extra for tortillas that usually come with order of menudo and huevos con chorizo.

I will update this with more detail later. But long story short we were a party of two and waited for 30 minutes without any service. Not even a glass of water was brought out. We were taken to our table but ignored for 25 minutes after that. We walked out. I've never had to do that before.
