you see. they can't even read what i wrote properly. didn't i say not to reply to me? you know why i said that? because the last time i left a negative review for a business on yelp, and they messaged me back to "make it right", instead of making things right... they made things worse by trying to get revenge on me! so why don't you just listen to what the customer says for once?!?!? i said that for a reason, and you did exactly what i told you i do not want you to do! your customer service obviously sucks in all manner! from the bottom up! why should i contact you when you've already proven you can't even read and did the opposite of what i requested? the review is staying a 1 star and there is nothing you can do to change it. i'm not giving you a second chance, i've been through this before. yelp is a joke! and blaze pizza is a joke! when i said i'm never coming here again i really meant it! don't care if you offer me a free pizza or anything! you'd probably spit in it anyways or something incredibly stupid! not going to even give you the chance. i even think these people are racist, i noticed a trend of minorities having problems on here, and when i came in to visit they were piling on the toppings 2 inches high for a white woman ahead of me while my pizza looked like 2 millimeters high of toppings. racist! goodbye forever! IF you actually LISTENED to me and didn't respond I would not have exposed this FACT. But it's your OWN FAULT for further screwing up your customer service and doing exactly the OPPOSITE of what I requested. If you are WHITE then you don't need to be concerned with my review. BUT as for ALL MINORITIES, BEWARE OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT, RACIST.

This place is always closed!!!!! They close before their posted time. I try to call first before driving there, but they have automated phone system and you can't seem to get a human. No clue how they stay in business.

"My Absolute Favorite Pizza style" How can you go wrong, they make it exactly the way you want it. For Example, I get light cheese, extra peperoni, extra pineapple, ham and black olives. This location has a great team of pizza makers on the line and really do a good job at listening to you order your items. I am trying to watch my waist line (haha), so I don't get the Smore's for dessert that often, but they are amazing.

Place looks dirty to me. I started coming here when they first opened, lately everytime i come in i notice how the place looks subpar in cleanliness. I first noticed the front oven looks kike it hadn't been wiped clean in long time huge grease spots trust me you'll notice, second registers have so much food dropping all over the countertops made me feel grossed out. I sat for pizza pie and saw what appeared to look like dust. Been warned if you get sick. Probably wont come here anymore.

First of all, pizza was good. But if you're coming from the back shouldn't you change your gloves in front of me. Lastly, always remember to pay attention to detail. That means clean up around the toppings. Very very unkept since I was the only customer in there at 2pm on a Sunday.

This is my first Yelp review, by the service I got yesterday, I decided to make one. I went in 5/18/21 around 12:30 pm and all I could say is these workers are very hardworking. There was 2 people, one was I believe a manager and she said her name was Bobby and I saw the guys name tag, James. I could see they had many online orders but still made sure to talk to us customers. I appreciate the service and my pizza was the bomb!

I got a handed to the Great staff here... (Ms Bobbie) and all the Crew are always friendly knowledgeable and even during Covid times willing to help and be patient... even when many of us are not they always appear to be in a cheerful mood... In most important the food is really good and tasty...The place is always top notch clean... The staff really creates great atmosphere kudos to them...

I don't know where to start off with this place first of all they need to clean and sanitize their kitchen looks filthy gross . Management needs to step it up they're always out of everything salad sucks was very disappointed for the amount of money I spent in this place the staff is very lazy and slow with an attitude. This young girl keep touching her face with her gloves nasty she was so sweaty second time giving them a try I live just down the street so I figure we will try this place out once again and they burnt my pizza and didn't care to do anything about it they said that if I want a refund to call back with the managers here. NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN
