Restaurant was dirty. There were tables that were no longer in use with people’s dirty tray and trash on them. The bathrooms floor was full of toilet paper, paper towels, and toilet seat covers. The wait for our waitress to come take our order was maybe 15-20 minutes. She was polite but it’s obviously they are short staffed. I will not be coming back.

This was an order to go. We got the double cheeseburger with fries. The burger was pretty good with plenty of meat and the bun was soft. The burger comes with everything but onions and my special instructions were correct. The fries didn’t travel well and were a bit cold and over cooked. Overall it was an enjoyable meal.

Buffalo Wild Wings has traditionally been a great spot for wings and beer. However, recent visits have been disappointing. The ambiance sometimes is unpleasant due to bad odors. When feedback was given, the response from the staff was unprofessional, showing a lack of concern for customer experience. It’s noticeable that the quality and attention to the location have declined over time. This change is reflected in the reduced number of customers frequenting the establishment. As a long-time patron, it’s disheartening to witness this downturn. RESTROOMS ARE AWFUL!

Okay For the next hour and a half I waited for a refill or a opportunity to order food that never came thanks for the awesome service and the best part I guess they thought the curling iron belonged to my balled

I give up on this place. Worst sports bar ever. The waitress never smiled once - not once. The bartender is still there and she is as unfriendly as ever. The bathroom is still worse than most gas stations. They put a yellow sign up in front of the men's bathroom warning you about the floor, and the smell was like an open sewer. The managers turn up the volume on one game to add to the overly loud irritating atmosphere. I am tired of waiting for a new owner to take over and do it right. Never going back again. Done.

Cool place to go have a beer some wings and enjoy the atmosphere but the service sucked bad, the waitress brought out our food like 30.min after we order, then she forgot napkins, she forgot the waters we ordered and forgot my beer after shebrought my wives mix drink out, I canceled My beer because my wife was almost done with drink, we were getting to leave I asked for the check and after 10 min I had to go to another waitress and ask for it service has really gone south at this location.
