I don’t know what’s going on with this location. But food quality has gone downhill. Ordered a bowl something was over salted as if they probably accidentally spilled a bag of salt. The steak was trash. Had to throw the food away. Definitely will not be coming back to this location anymore.

I typically get a bowl then add my favorite ingredients. I rarely get a burrito nowadays after ordering them from Chipotle for over a decade. This location is the most convenient for me and the food is good since I can customize my order to the way I like it, especially asking for a double serving of the "corn thing." The staff/service is a hit or miss at times. Some are friendly, some are not. Last time I went here half scoop beans and half scoop chicken for my bowl. I was the only one in the store and the server girl couldn’t get it done fast enough. Barely any food. Almost walked out. Probably best to avoid this location.

Tiny Chiplote tucked away at the tail end of a Shopping Center in Santa Fe Springs. If you blink, you'll miss it.We arrived for lunch around 11 a.m. and were on a tight schedule. Yet, our order was ready quickly and was fresh and delicious. This was my first time in a Chiplote in many years. So long, that I had forgotten what their menu consisted of. I quickly settled on the Sofritas Bowl because it sounded interesting and I wanted something filling that would not induce food coma.The bowl was delicious! Sofritas is diced tofu, olive oil, diced onion, and chiplote peppers. It looks like chorizo. I added guacamole and diced tomato and was pleasantly surprised with the texture and taste.Avoid parking in front of the restaurant. Otherwise, you'll have quite the time trying to back out of your parking spot since the exit to the shopping mall is right around the corner and the steady stream of cars is relentless.Enjoy your visit!

One of the employees had messy hair hanging out of her hat. Completely defeats the purpose of a hat. Plastic in my queso. This damn Santa Fe springs location sets the bar so low I can't stand. It's literally the last time I give it a chance. Or any chipotle for that matter.
Tacos are overpriced, but I hoped that they would at least put enough meat in my tacos considering the high price. I pointed out that it was very little meat , but they just ignored my comment. I live 7 minutes away and when I get home , the tortillas were cold. I can definitely get more meat filled warm tacos from other places. Lesson learned.

Ordered on Postmates and in person. I genuinely am tired of paying as much as I am to have half the meat in my burrito pulled out bc they don't trim or leave out the fat. They've forgotten a few items when I've ordered online, like the salsa. They've also drastically changed the portions and the burrito is markedly smaller, like surprisingly. I don't mind paying the price, but not for this my dudes.

Poor quality food, small burned pieces of chicken in salad and burrito, barely any lettuce in the salad. When I went to the store, the music was so loud I could barely hear myself speak. The person in charge did not offer to replace the food or a regular d. Instead, she said that she wills not speak to me because I was talking loud. I again told her that the music was so loud I had to talk over it. Plus, restaurant was dirty, employees also with no head coverings and exposed hair.

OK, Chipotle review #2. I complained about the one on Imperial and Bloomfield in Norwalk because they charged us for extra cheese. Then we go to the one on Carmenita and Telegraph in Santa Fe Springs and they were great...until tonight. They charged us $2 for cheese each for 2 bowls. They told my son, who ordered, that it was because people were ordering mounds of cheese. Now bear in mind, I only get 3 ingredients in my bowl: brown rice, chicken, and a little extra cheese. My bowl was so under-full today, it was barely at a half. So now you've lost 2 more customers! They told me to call the manager Joselin (who implemented the $2 for extra cheese). The people need to know. Greed sure spreads like wildfire.
