Paid for double everything, and this is what we got. I was ripped off and want my miney back. Er nurse here, so when I was able to check my food, the store was closed. So disappointed. This is also not the first time from this store. They need better management and training. I just want my money back. Bowl was so lite, didnt even think food was in there.

The team members are attentive, promptly washing and regloving when informed of a gluten allergy. I've been assured that everything, except for the flour tortillas, is gluten-free. It's a delicious choice for my weekly meals!

I drive 10 miles just to eat at this particular Chipotle when there's literally 1 around the corner from my house. Because they are skimpy with their portions almost always out of cheese. I was in the restaurant business for over 30 years and I've actually seen many people walking out. We have choices. And I choose your Chipotle.

DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE - This is the LAST time we place an order for pick up - they screw you on the meat portions - I literally just picked up an order for 5 people - we ordered Carne Asada and Barbacoa - each bowl had maybe 5 small pieces of meat and maybe a tablespoon of Barbacoa - WTF ? If I wanted a Rice and Bean bowl I would have asked for that - in addition we paid for fajita veggies - each had 3 slices of bell peppers and maybe 3-4 onions ??? This is UNACCEPTABLE! The girls working the "To-Go" orders SUCK!!! So not worth it

Stopped coming here for almost 2 years because I was tired of the skimpy portions. Today I went back and still got very small portions and they charge for anything you get on the side(salsa etc) no other Chipotle does this. Sorry guys I'm out.

I just ordered to go. I attempted to order online but was unable to put a new gift card in as a form of payment. My husband had a earned a free guacamole that we weren't able to add. I tried to call in the order but you can't speak to a live person. So I headed out to restaurant at the Whittwood. I went at dinner time and they were low on rice, fajita veggies and to top it off, they attempted to put gross, brown wilted romaine on our salad. After they put the lettuce on top I said it looked brown and wilted and looked like it needed to be thrown away. They took off the lettuce and then tossed the rest. They were low on so many items. I almost walked out...maybe I should have. Then I'm leaving and the trash can were overflowing with trash. I don't get it!! Food is so expensive..my order was $45...for low quality portions.

Was charged twice for the food we wanted, manager tried to tell us they weren't the restaurant we ordered from even though we had the right one. Terrible customer service and daylight robbery waste of money. Avoid like the plague. Would give 0 stars if I could. Go somewhere else!!
