While we've always loved this burger joint for its authentic charbroiled beef patties and comforting dishes, recent experiences have left us feeling disappointed.Despite respectable prices and consistently good food, the nostalgia we once felt for this place has dwindled significantly. On our latest visit, we made the decision to dine in for the first time after years of relying on the drive-through. Unfortunately, what we found inside was far from inviting.The restaurant appeared grimy, dirty, and unkempt. While we don't expect anything fancy, cleanliness is certainly a basic expectation for any dining establishment. However, the state of the place left much to be desired.The bathroom, in particular, was a deal-breaker. It's located outside the restaurant, and the method of handing out a large wooden stick with a key was both disappointing and disgusting. The thought of the potential germs on that stick, which undoubtedly goes from the bathroom back to the front register in the kitchen, was deeply concerning.A restaurant's commitment to sanitation and food safety can often be judged by the condition of its bathroom, and unfortunately, this one fell short. Until improvements are made to ensure a clean and sanitary environment, we won't be returning anytime soon.

I'll post another review after I eat the food. I'm gonna tell you right now. Horrible spot so far for the drive-through decent customer service. But at the same time. Very pricey for two people eating combos and one person eating a salad.

Great tasty Burgers! Menu is phenomenal // you will certainly find something appealing.I prefer the location in Montebello. Atemosphere more spacious, clean, welcoming employees..you can smell the food as you walk in. The short order cooks are great, fast, and work in unison. Food is fresh because it's constantly moving. I really take notice to the flow of customers. This place is popular!Cashiers are nice, alert, & fast, keeping things in order. Bathrooms are always clean, fresh. Prices are good for what you get. Plentiful delicious portions, prepared to excellence. They can make some fantastic "BREAKFAST BURRITOS"..WHY their BIGGER than the Burro itself.☺️they pack a mule!Their pancakes equal "Norms" or any other pancake house. Try them out, they really "Doublz" your money's worth.?????
