Don't bother going to this location. Just spent $19 and threw out the food. Frirst we tried to order two items on tje menu qhich tjey said they did not have. We then ordered a chicken tostada, no rice and not only were they not generous with the beans, I could count the number of beans that were in it. The lettuce was wilted, and the few pieces of chicken were cold. My daughter ordered a burrito and found bones in it and we ended up throwing out the food. Needless to say, we will not be going back!

Save yourself a trip and go to the one in pico Rivera. Ordered a double chicken avocado salad and received this sad excuse of avocado. Makes me wonder just how fresh the rest of the food is.

I got pollo loco yesterday and it was not good. The rice was hard the chicken was a bit hard it was not good. I woke up with food poisoning due to eating pollo loc. They need to fix their food problems because this is the 3rd time i get food poisoning from this location.

They put very big pieces of chicken meat in tacos al carbon, they should cut small pieces of it, for the tacos.Tacos are not served like tacos.They just trow the big pieces of chicken on the flat tortillas.The chicken was very dry.Service was good from the young lady at the window.

I frequent Pollo Loco via the drive thru at least one a week. I enjoy their fit menu options since I live a healthy eating lifestyle. I normally get the keto burrito with a side salad and love their creamy cilantro dressing. I may get a side like corn, which I also enjoy but depends how hungry I am. The food is always fresh and has great flavors including the green salsas. The service is very good and workers are very friendly and normally get my order right. I definitely will cone back and am a regular customer.

This place is a bit dirty with overflowing trash bins inside. The day I went for a quick meal some older female employee was cursing with her coworkers. Good thing there were no children around at that time. Also a few homeless that smelled very bad while I was eating. Ruined my lunch.Go to another Pollo Loco since this restaurant is consistently the same way. Bad area.
