The workers here are rude, it seems like they’ve NEVER smiled ever in their life. Honestly i feel bad for them, being that miserable must suck. Imagine running a business and being rude to the people brining $$ to your pockets. Hopefully they can take a class on customer service soon or get hugged by their moms because it seems they’ve never been loved a day in their life! bottom line don’t shop here

Never shopping here first time ever making cupcakes bought the wrong boxes. Called and they don't do exchanges going to another shop 13min away now. I asked and first where the boxes were too that is why I grabed them. If they have no exchange policies only twlls you they don't trust you as the customer and they just keep your money and when you go in there you better not make any mistakes because you will lose. Never going back.

FELICIA behind the counter feels so entitled & completely disrespect most customers EVEN the regulars which is just EMBARRASSING. i strive to support small businesses, but not when i'm being disrespected or belittled. i have chosen to order all of my cake supplies & even bought my own edible image cake printer because i do not stand with "fabulous." in fact, they're everything but fabulous. here are some locations i recommend visiting rather than this place: 1) Sylvia's Cake Decorating on Beverly Blvd in LA. Only 20-25 minutes away from "Fabulous" and you'll have a 5/5 customer service experience. 2) AB Cake Decorating & Supplies on Whittier Blvd in LA. Only a 25-30 minute drive from "Fabulous" and you'll be supporting a small business that actually likes their customers & treats them respectfully. 3) Classic Cake Decorations on Goldenwest St in Westminster. Only a 30-40 minute drive from "Fabulous" and you'll find what you need with a happier attitude than Felicia's spirit.

I really need to get some supplies today for orders I have. I LOVE your store but the inconsistencies in scheduling are why I'm not giving you 5 stars. Your schedule says your open and the store sign also says the same thing. I stopped by and the lights are off. I had another customer; a famous bakery in our area; Joseph The Bakery; pull up while I was there to purchase a cake box he needed. Another lady who drove 40 minutes to your shop also showed up while I was writing this review. They both expressed the same disappointment/frustrations I have. You guys are the only shop in Whittier that has cake supplies. At least have the common courtesy to post or leave a sign on the door that your not coming to the shop or you had to leave. What is the purpose of having a schedule of your not going to follow it?Update: I emailed the company and they tried to tell me they posted the below photo "all over" there social media. If you look closely it says "one day ago" at the very time. I am calling BS on this. They totally photoshopped it and added the black ink on it to try and satisfy me. Both people who showed up today while I was there also stated they NEVER saw any post/story saying they would be closed. Also in the photo of the front of the show there is a sign at the bottom stating "hours subject to change WITHOUT notice". This tells customers they can do what they want when they want without regard to them. NOT a good way to maintain a business. I honestly don't know how they are still open. They are hardly there. I've gone about 8 times this year and they have only been open 3 times. Ever other time I wasted gas there. There IG said they were open during the times they were closed.

90% of my supplies come from this family owned business. I've never had a bad experience here. They have an insane amount of specialty boxes that you can't find anywhere else in person . The selection of molds and cookies cutters is one of the biggest I've seen in person . You'll find molds you didn't even think you needed, including trending and popular characters, teams, etc. Also the only place (in person) that I know that sellsLayons, and lots of them ! I moved farther out but will take the drive because I know they always have what I need.

This is a great place to make all your creative cake dreams come true. Fabulous cakes and frosting have everything from the plastic molds for fondant or candy, sprinkles for hundreds of different occasions or holidays. They only sell smaller packets of sprinkles that run from about $2.5 to $5. Per pack they do have a large variety.

If I can give this business 0 stars I would. When fellow treat bakers ask me where to get supplies I tell them anywhere but Fabulous Cakes. Such horrible attitude and customer service. I started to drive to bakery's bodega & shop bake boss for my supplies. If I have to drive a bit more far that is 100% ok with me but I will no longer give my hard earn money to this business and get bad energy and attitude in return. When you walk in the store, employees do not welcome you or thank you for purchasing items from them. They are just sitting around gossiping not asking if you need help or anything. You have to go where they are sitting and tell them you are ready to check out. The girl with the bob looking hair is so rude, she gives bad energy like if she wishes bad upon your business! Do not come here! Find a better cake supply store like Bakery's bodega in Pico Rivera or shop cake boss in Downey they are new! As owners of a business you should be nice and welcome people, if they are just employees then they should be fired. They will not learn to treat customers until we quit supporting their business

So much for supporting your local businesses. Everything that I want is available to me on Amazon. But I chose to support a local business, only to find unsympathetic staff for my situation. It was raining, I'm disabled, and I had my three-year-old granddaughter with me, as we enter the store she told me she had to use the restroom. As with most small children asking them to wait is not really feasible. I asked if she could use the restroom and they refused. So I guess Amazon will get my orders from now on and I won't bother to try to support the local businesses. Thanks guys.

So usually don't do reviews but seeing a lot of post reviews on here I had to come on and give my experience. I came in about a week ago and I could see where people say that they do not get great customer service. All they do is sit at their table and looking and rolled there eyes especially the one with the long hair really makes you feel uncomfortable. Almost seems like they think you're going to steal from them not a place that I felt welcomed I end up leaving a few minutes later without purchasing anything. I wouldn't give my money to a business that does not provide good customer service or welcome environment. It wouldn't be a place that I would recommend to friends my family. I'm pretty sure there's other places that people or myself can go and buy and get better service. Don't shop here!!!!

Terrible Customer Service I asked a simple question to one of the workers there and she replied to me with a rude tone. I don't know if she was having bad day but come on please don't take your problems to work. Was excited of going there because i follow them on ig but was disappointed. I wasn't staified honestly i don't recommend it. You guys need to work more on your customer service! Remember customer are always right. So there for i personlly wouldn't give them no stars !! I mention to them that i left them a message and took out my phone so i could show her and she got so defensive and gave me a dirty look with an attitude. She said i always answer my message if they don't replied back quick they lose their spot sounds so ridiculous and childish to me...

The girls just sit and gossip at their table and if you need to find something (store is disorganized) you'll get an eye roll. There was an older man working and he was actually so nice, but I think I just saw him by chance. Found this store on tik tok where they seem nice and friendly, but in person it's the opposite!
