I am very upset at the owner. I made plans with their coordinator last November for my wedding reception happening this October and I haven’t heard back since. I have called, it’s disconnected and I have emailed several times to both the owner and the coordinator, no response. Also, I went to the restaurant at their open hours and it’s closed, some construction going on inside. I did see a person inside in the kitchen and all of my attempts to get his attention were futile. Thankfully I didn’t put down a deposit. It’s very disappointing and frustrating because now I’m having to look for another location.

Our Aunt was married here and the staff was very friendly! The venue was the perfect size. Parking is free in 2 lots both east and west. Highly recommended!

We held a wedding at four bricks this past month and it was a dream. We are locals of uptown Whittier and came across this charming venue and fell in love with it. From our first appointment we were taken care of & Josh was an angel. He answered all our questions and was even available by text for my last minute wedding questions. I was able to visit the venue multiple times and was able to hold my rehearsal dinner as well. They are flexible with the food menu and the food was delicious! Even with alcohol there are a lot of options on how you would like to provide that. While transitioning from ceremony to reception my guest were able to go next door to aunties which helped a lot. They even cut up my cake to be passed out! There were so many nice touches that this venue provided that made my wedding a blissful experience. Thank you four bricks and Josh!

I could not have picked a better venue to celebrate my 30th birthday. Josh and David are the most professional hosts I've ever worked with. They were helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. I knew from the second I walked into this venue that it would be the perfect place to host my birthday party. Josh walked me through the prices and accommodations available to me in a clear manner. The price for my venue included tables, chairs, dishware and cleanup. I also chose to have in-house Chef David to provide the food for my party and every single dish we had was DELICIOUS! Everyone loved all the food. I went with appetizers and it was enough food to keep everyone full and happy. The overall vibe and aesthetic of this venue is cozy and beautiful- perfect for an intimate event or even a crazy dance party (mine was a little bit of both). I cannot thank the owner David, Chef David, and Josh enough for their amazing customer service. They were able to give me the party of my dreams.

Disappointed because there wasn't any front access for handicapped having to roll all the way around the block to the alley to come into the back was not acceptable..
Rented this place for a baby shower the place is amazing, great decor and well kept. The owner and management are awesome and great to work with. They answered every question I had, they helped with the set up and were there during the event helping every step of the way. Super friendly and honest. The place is clean, bar is spot on and overall great experience. Had about 70 people, taco man and are to play games and take pictures. I would totally recommend and would rent the place again for future events.
