Very friendly and accommodating staff. I was promptly greeted and helped. The staff that helped me was wearing diamond studs/earrings didn't quite catch their name. The place is well lit and bright my only complaint is that because I came in the late evening the air conditioning was on and it was already chilly outside. Other than the temperature from the establishment, I really love this business. They have so much variety from their smoothies to their bowls. My personal favorite are their yogurt smoothies. Also, the green tea latte (hot) is awesome. It tastes very well balanced. I'm grateful for this place!!

They have the Golden Phoenix Milk Tea that no other Boba Time chains have and it's incredibly delicious. Has a nice, balanced, smooth sweetness to it that the hubby and I are addicted to. We get it at least once a week. Service is always efficient which is very much appreciated. Always seems clean, bright, and kept in this store. In fact, at this particular visit on SUN 3/3, I noticed the cashier who helped me sweeping the floors and fixing the chairs back in place once a party of 3 sitting there left. Well trained staff!

Tried for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by the value and taste. The passion fruit jasmine tea was flavorful and refreshing. Prices were reasonable and the self ordering was easy and fast. The team was fast and friendly.

I was very pleased with the quality and prices! I usually go to another boba place in Whittier but I will probably be making the extra 10 minute drive here instead. I also like that this establishment has a very wide range of flavors that peaked my interest. 10/10

We drive all the way from Hacienda Heights to get their amazing Boba drinks. The staff is super friendly as well. We also enjoy the macaroons. I highly recommend this place is your ever craving boba, smoothies, or sweets like macaroons.

Consistent and reliable boba joint in Whittier! I have had issues with sweetness consistency at some of the other Boba Time locations but not this place! Their Taro Smoothie with boba (full sweet) was perfectly flavored and the boba texture was good.

Love this place! Been coming here since it opened and I love the ambiance, menu selection they have from sweets to awesome drinks. The staff is quick, friendly, and efficient. I casually run into people I know and is a cool place to hang out and kill time. I used to go to the Buena Park location before this opened but since I live in Whittier this has been heaven sent. Definitely check it out. They have an extensive menu. Cheers!

My wife and I both enjoyed our drinks. Lavender milk tea was warm and light. Iced coffee with boba was surprisingly good, not too sweet just the way I enjoy it. They had a motivational note bucket which was uplifting to read what others wrote.
