Food hot and delicious, unfortunately the dining area smelled very bad. A homeless person was dining in, and bc the smell was strong, I decided to sit on the floor outside. After assuming the homeless customer left I decided to sit inside, the staff did not sanitize the area. About 20 minutes later a man comes out of the restroom with soap covering his arms and face, i am assuming he showered in the restroom. As a food service worker we are always told to sanitize every table between customers to maintain cleanliness, we also check the restroom after a homeless enters to prevent showers. Lost my appetite. if this is how cleanliness runs here I will not be coming back.

Very dirty place, the floor was all sticky and there was an old pair of glasses, what does the owner feel like? I ordered some tacos ? and she very reluctantly serves the customers, almost spoiling my food, apart from the fact that everyone is more focused on talking about what in doing His work

**Jack in the Trash** I recently visited the Jack in the Box drive-thru and I must say, it was a truly disappointing experience. Normally, this place has been my go-to for quick and convenient meals, but lately, the service has taken a nosedive.Firstly, the wait times have become unbearable. Despite there only being three cars ahead of me, I found myself waiting for over 30 minutes. To make matters worse, I noticed that none of the other cars were asked to pull forward and wait.When I finally reached the window to collect my three orders, I was asked to wait up front. This was frustrating, considering the amount of time I had already spent waiting. But the real kicker came when I realized that one of the orders was missing. This resulted in an additional delays, adding insult to injury.To top it all off, when I finally got home and opened up the breakfast burrito, I couldn't believe my eyes. It was a complete joke! The amount of egg in there was laughable, at best. I would estimate that there was barely half an egg inside.Overall, a major disappointment. From the excessive wait times to the missing order and the underwhelming breakfast burrito, it's safe to say that I won't be returning anytime soon.

I literally drive 3 miles out of my way to get food at this specific Jack N The Box! The food is always so fresh and they have never got my order wrong!I don’t mind going out of my way for fresh food! Thank you so much for the staff at this location The one that’s 0.5 mile away is literally the opposite!

This review is solely based on service. The food is always good. The people in the drive-through window and taking orders are terrible (same person), especially the guy with face jewelry. He needs to calm down when addressing customers and try a different approach. Not a believer in the customer is always right, but Cussing under his breath in front of my wife and kids isn't a good look. If he doesn't like his job, he should look somewhere else. We also didn't get a receipt, probably in fear of getting a bad review.

Sarahi always has the best service and is always multitasking. She handles the drive thru well. Thank you. Food is warm and delicious with a consistency . It's nice and relaxing in the dining area. Very quiet.

Wow just witnessed the manager berate and verbally abuse her employee. I walked in to pick up a mobile order and I could hear the manager yelling at her employee the moment I walked in the door. She was questioning his intelligence and his ability to function. She shamelessly put the kid on blast "Figure it out!" "I'm not going to tell you again!" "Come on dude! What did I say?!" "I'm not doing this with you!" Poor kid should not have to deal with that. Everyone in the dinning area was clearly uncomfortable. The other employees too were looking scared and uncomfortable. It's just fast food. It's not that serious. Find another manager she ain't fit for management.

Came to this location it was 145am and the guy working said they were closed, I said it it's 145am and you guys close at at 2 then he laughed. Don't waste your time here with ppl trying to leave early
