The old "Ran out of Bread" excuse a whole 1/2 hr before closing and everything is already neatly put away. Why not just close at 8:30 then so the staff can leave earlier instead of having customers think they're open and food is available.

love their italian sub, my fav everytime !! service is great very helpful and don't mind explaining things if it's your first time there. the restaurant and bathrooms were clean and tidy, also lots of drink and chip options! definitely coming back soon

The food is the same . but the service is not . the are not friendly . when they slice the cheese so thin you can read through it . my family will be going to the other locations . this is the closes one to me . Im going to tell all my friends not to go to this location .

The food is good. But, when you look around the place. You will notice that they need to clean! Stains and particles of food all around the counter. They also place your bread directly on the counter without a paper liner. Build up of stains in the beverage area too. People may not notice these days due to all the online orders. No reason for it to be crusty. I am afraid to think of how things are in areas where we aren’t able to see.

For all those ordering online or getting your food delivered. Beware, this place isn't very clean. I don't think a thorough cleaning g of this place is done. Food splatters and stains on the counter and by the beverage area., The person helping looked miserable. He wasn't busy bud, had me wait.

I can't speak to other reviews, but my sandwich was hot, fresh, tasted good, was made quickly despite a number of delivery orders getting prepped at the same time . Staff was fine, straightforward, this isn't a mom&pop, they don't need to kiss your butt. Shop was clean and organized. They've done everything you should expect from a chain eatery. 2nd time here. Combo is a bit pricey, hence the lack of the 5th star.

I been too other jersey Mike's. With good service.But this one they don't know how too make the subs at all.I when twice. But It's horrible.Plus they charge u extra without u noticein or bring told why.they also never put the ingredients I ask for . It was just a plane sub with no taste. That cost me money .Never going again. ?

We ordered by phone and delivered by door dash. We were very hungry. Service was quick and sandwiches were awsome. 15 minutes , it was at my doors step. Pleasantly surprised.Will call again, 5 star's...
