I eat here once a week & today was the worse 3 pc chicken strip meal. These were not strips, they were nuggets! Had to complain & was given an extra strip. Then to make things worse, they were dry & old....no more in Whittier!

If you don’t like the job, don’t do it . That simple. It is apparent they don’t care about service. Absolutely disgusting attitudes here. Sadly, we all know that won’t be fixed. They rush you to order and have no type of skills to act like a decent human. It’s honestly sad because they will probably always be this way and never grow in any part of their life lmao, ie will work here forever. They would not survive any other job.

I order a famous bowl, I didn't want a drink. It cost the same price a combo or no drink. The portion got really small less mashed potatoes and less popcorn chicken. Not coming back here again. Stay away from this

I filled out the feedback form from the receipt when I visited her on Sunday Nov 19th and never received any response so now I'll post this online. There is a young lady at the register who needs more training. She didn't listen carefully, got my order wrong and charged me the wrong amount. She did not have a nice attitude and even rolled her eyes at me. There was no need for attitude, I was only there to feed my kids. I won't be coming back to this location. I won't let one unprofessional worker stop me from going to another KFC. I sure hope the manager or better yet the franchise owner takes a look at this review. You should know the young lady working the cashier on the inside on this date and noon. You might want to talk to her about customer service and having a professional attitude. Also your corporate never responded to me so I doubt anything will happen. I will caution everyone, eat here at your own risk, you've been warned.
Tuesday I went through a ordered 8 piece combo and one pot pie. The original crust chicken was old and had been refried absolutely disgraceful. The pot pie had no chicken in it basically a potato cream mess.I spent $40.00 for absolutely nothing that was edible. I am looking to report this further up the franchise chain, people are getting ripped off here.

I went throu the drive thruI requested my items a certain way that wasn't the problemThe problem is that at 7pm I would expect hot food not warm especially not a COLD ? CHICKEN little sandwich..old I had to revise becuz the chicken bowl was horrible it also was cold ..and my kid complained that I could've made a better bowl well I won't be lazy again plus I'll save myself some money...stay away froM This KFC

Don't bother ordering from them. They close at 10 PM. I ordered at 7:30 $38 the order was canceled. There's a reason why they have such a low rating. I guess they're good with doing the minimum there.
