I had went to on a Sunday during happy hour. The server charged us full price for everything. I hadn’t realized until I got home and looked at the receipts. I had ordered a margarita flight and didn’t drink it and asked for them to return it she said okay and switched it for another drink. When I got the bill I told her I had returned the margarita flight and didn’t drink it. I had asked if she could take it off and she said NO! That the manager said that shouldn’t couldn’t take it off. I literally didn’t drink it and the sever took it back and switched it for a new drink. The manager was SOOOO rude! We had asked for shots and she completely ignored us. The WORST customer service I’ve experienced. On top of that we asked if we can apply pay on the toast machine and the serve said NO and made us go pay at the station with Apple Pay. Made no sense. Overall the service was horrible, the charged us for stuff we didn’t even get and also charged us fullPrice when it should have been on happy hour. See receipt attached. Be careful when going here!!!!

We didn't eat while we were there, but we did have a few drinks that were delicious. I didn't get the waitress' name, but she was so nice and gave great suggestions. I like that the music wasn't so loud. We were still able to have a conversation without having to yell. It's definitely a plus. I'd recommend this place to anyone

Staff was not friendly, didn’t get menus or drinks for a good 10 minutes. Didn’t get silverware when our food was delivered. Food came out at two different times. Servers were slow. Food was not good extremely loud.

Place is so loud you can't have a conversation. Food is mid and overpriced. They have a HUGE menu which they only offer online or from sticky menus (yuck) and it seems like they're offering so much but none of it is that good. The restaurant is essentially a copy of Kalaveras from down the street, and kalaveras has much better food and service IMO. I wouldn't recommend this place, it has the vibes of a club but nowhere to dance, so pretty much defeats the entire purpose... also, they offer people free shots for good reviews, so be wary of what you see written on here and on yelp ?

The margaritas are amazing!!! The customer service is hands down. I took my grandmother in for some music and a drink while we waited for our take-home order. I want to thank everyone at Kings and Queens for their outstanding customer service.

First time here, the menu was sticky and if you ask for napkins they only give you one. My area at the bar was very dirty. The bartender was slow and it wasn't busy. I went around 3:30 pm on Wednesday. My chicken taco was dry the bartender wasn't very helpful. Not very happy ?

First the food is amazing 10/10 we got the pancakes , pork belly , and bean and cheese burrito and mimosas all . The blue mimosa was mid according to the guest I was with . The chips and salsa and gauc was amazing It looks really cool inside neon lightening , probably better to go at night . The parking is non existence hard to find parking . The inside is very loud with music and loud talking . Great for men to also come because they have sports on the t.v. but I highly recommend ?

the ambience is great with appealing neon signs everywhere so my wife and I were really hoping to become regulars but my oh my... this place is a fn joke.... the asada tacos tasted like cheeseburgers and the seafood was very fishy... far from fresh. the cherry on the top was getting charged for an item we didn't even order. we politely informed the server about the error and a small mgr lady came over to tell us we were served the larger tacos and not the happy hour tacos so we have to pay the extra 3 dollars lol. I ordered off the happy hr menu and pointed at the HH tacos three times to the server.. You dont penalize the customers for your stupid mistakes... this is customer service 101 if you want to do business in the States. unbelieveable! their position and attitude felt like a shady scam bar in Manilla. they get an extra star for the decor but hell no we aint going back

I looked for a cool new restaurant and decided to try this place. The online pictures look decent. Sadly I was let down. Ordered a variety and dishes ($200 worth) and they all tasted bland. No flavor at all. The service was not good either. Our waitress was super slow and magically moved fast when it came to the check. Definitely not giving this place a second chance and not recommending.

I LOVE LOVE this place. I have eaten their food and drank at the bar. The ambience is great and the staff is even greater! I have been there in the day and evening. The day is nice and quiet and the evening on the weekend will have a live DJ and a lot of people celebrating. Their HH is also 7 days a week. I cannot wait to go back to try their weekend brunch, yum!

Okay, so.......good and bad stuff here. The good stuff: our server/waitress was also the host. She was very kind and bubbly and seemed to be having a great day. We walked in through the back and she greeted us and sat my girlfriend and I at the table closest to the register and door and we scanned the QR code with our phones to see the menu. She then reappeared a few minutes later to give us physical menus, which were much easier to read and see photos of the food. The food on the plates of the gentlemen sitting beside us looked good, even if it was mostly just bones and scraps. You could tell it was a healthy portion. We were both out originally for a nice brunch, but all of the brunch places were beyond packed with waits exceeding two hours, so we sort of just settled on a new place. When I called and was told there was no wait and we would be sat immediately, it seemed like a sign from above. We were both tired, hungry, a little cranky, and weren't feeling amazing. We ordered chilaquiles and they came out not even three minutes later. Seems too fast? It may have just been... The bad stuff: The front door didn't function as a working door. The entire time we were there, we were shivering as the door kept flapping open and closed and letting in the cold air from the rainy day outside. The coffees we ordered were good, but that's not saying much. Can't really mess up coffee and we were freezing, so we were warmed up. The food came out almost instantly, which kind of seemed like it was maybe just sitting there already mostly prepared and put under the burner for a few seconds. At first bite, my girlfriend asked how it was and I rolled my eyes back, shook my head and seriously said "so good". I gobbled up the food in a matter of minutes and then quickly realized it wasn't so good, only that I was starving. She agreed with me afterward that it wasn't the best but she was just glad to finally have something in her stomach. After speaking with our waitress, she told me that it does get packed on the weekends and on the floor because this place is more of a club that a serious restaurant. It's Kalaveras with attempted graffiti on the walls. On top of freezing the entire time and the food being bland, the music was just so loud the entire time. Long story short, don't expect to go to a dance club to have a restaurant experience. If we went out looking to scream and dance and get drunk and have hot wings, then this review would more than likely be a win/win. But I don't like that music or hot wings, haha. My girlfriend and I said this should be a two star review, but we gave it three stars because our server was very nice.

So I planned my fiancee her surprise birthday party here and everything was done via IG. I did change the time and it wasn't communicated to the location but it was no big problem. Our waiter was awesome but I didn't catch his name. He had blonde short hair with pretty green eyes. Handsome by the way. He was patient and awesome with my 15 family and friends party. Some orders were slow to come out like mine but it was ok I was busy socializing. Same for the birthday girl we actually had to check on hers. Our family and friends really enjoyed the service. It wasn't at all crowded on a Sunday evening so we had the patio area to ourselves we had a great time!! The food was just ok nothing amazing like my shrimp. Thank you for hosting my girl party though good vibe and music!
