Worst customer service, I get Covid has every on edge,but I came with my kids to eat and right away the waitress started with attitude. I asked for waters cause its over 100 degrees outside (i didn't say that to her just explaining its over 100 degrees outside so have idea were I'm coming from) she rolled her eyes. I'm trying to see what to order with my kids and she kept rushing for us to place our orders given the fact we just got our menus. Then after placing our orders I order separately shrimp for my daughter and the lady kept showing meals i I could order but my daughter just wanted shrimp and again the lady and her attitude "i need to ask the chef" given the fact its in the menu for ordering on the side. I order 3 kids means for shrimp and the waitress comes out "we ran out of shrimp for your daughter" Given this place is a seafood restaurant it's only 3 o'clock on a Saturday. Never coming back. We came with no attitude tried to be nice even through the waitress was being rude from the start. Seriously take my advice don't bother eating here especially for today since they supposedly are out of Shrimp for today.

Friendly Staff! Large selection of Margaritas. Tip: Make sure to pay $1 or $2 more and request a premium tequila! Parking is easy and wide. With Covid all staff are wearing masks and they have sanitizer at entrance. Food choices are large portions so consider that if you’re not very hungry. I’d go back!

So we order i have 3 kids ordering from the kids menu which 2 of them ordering shrimp with fries. My oldest kid wanted something similar so i asked if i could order shrimp on the side with fries. She insisted on me ordering a full meal, I said no thank just the shrimp with fries for her. Completely rude i have to ask the chef first. She leaves again for some time comes back I would have to pay $2 for each shrimp i said that's fine we place our orders and asked for more water as well she comes back to tell me they ran out of shrimp and couldn't place my daughters order, just my daughter's. Its already been 30minutes no food other then the chips i ordered and a margarita and i was done. I told her just cancel everything I'll pay for the chips and drink but thats it this whole time with her attitude I didn't want to be there anymore. I was upset because 1-the waitress from the start til the end was rude with attitude, 2- kept pushing to order something from the meal vs. A la carte, 3- given this is a Seafood restaurant on a Saturday at 3pm they are out of Shrimp really!!!?, no all that was not necessary. Never going there again. And if you're wanting shrimp don't bother eating here cause there out.

Shrimp cocktail is so refreshing and never misses a beat!! The green chile plate is another favorite! Dining outside is available however make sure you go when the sun is not at its peak directly hitting the area. I would suggest, if allowed, to the owners to consider shade.

Had the worst experience. Ordered the ceviche tostada and came out warm. Also had the molcajete the asada and chucked were dry practically beef jerky. When i addressed my concerns they said we had the problem and we were the ones with the issue. Tried to talk to the manager and they billed us and cared less of or bad experience left there with a stomach ache will never return.

Everything was not fresh. Looked like it was sitting there Carne aside was like we were eating beef jerky. Very disappointed shrimp tasted as if it was frozen and now warm very gross.

On a scale of 1 to 10 of raw shrimp, shrimp ceviche should be a 5 or 6. Their ceviche was a 3, barely pink. Squishy when you bite it. Like, it might give you choro. And the flavor was caucasian levels. Even chad and Karen would think it was too mild. I also ordered the campechana and the pulpo was good but, again, the shrimpies were too raw.
A wonderful place with best Mexican food in Whittier. Greenleaf is closed so the local businesses can have outside service on the street.

The food is okay. Maybe a tad below average. But what really alarmed me was that the waitress was not practicing common sense safety when giving soda refills. She was using a pitcher and not only did she touch the rim of everyone's glass with the pitcher, she even allowed the spout to go into my and another diner's drink. She was going around refilling several tables drinks this way. Possibly spreading disease from table to table. It was quite shocking!

Great Ceviche! My Girlfriend loves the Cucumber Margaritas. Best Mex food in Whittier!Plenty of parking. A definite go to for locals.
