Came by McDonalds on a Sunday morning 7:30ish no long line at the drive-thru. I used my McDonald's app for the first time, so that was interesting in a good way. Everything went smoothly I will definitely be going back to McDonald's at the Whittier Market place.Parking: It's in the Market place so there's plenty of parking.

I ordered a 40 piece chicken nugget through Postmates, and was missing 30 Chicken nuggets !!!! It was perfectly sealed so I know the dasher did not take any. I spent over $30 for my food and only received 10 chicken nuggets. So dissatisfied with the service.

This Mc Donald is managed horribly and it’s Whittier!The trash cans are overflowing with garbage and water spilled. Caution signs everywhere and no one cleans, the tables are dirty.My son felled in the restroom and his leg was soaked! Upsetting experience here.

No more cashiers at this place. Self/kiosk service, which makes it somewhat difficult. Food is okay. It can always be better, but the one thing I rate restaurants for2 is the condition of their bathroom. Unfortunately, this one always, always, always smells like urine. It's disgusting.

There is no cashiers inside just one kiosk that an employee needs to help people order.
Food is great as always, don't get me wrong. The problem is that there are no cashiers. You need to make your own order at the kiosk or thru the app. Basically, fewer employees and the convenience is that we have to do their job. Before you know it, we are going to have to make our own burgers.

The service is super slow, they should do something so that if you have to wait more than 6 minutes in line, they clear the Driver Thru because you feel like you're trapped there and the landline doesn't move forward.
