This place is not what it used to be. It smells old. The toppings used for my yogurt were stale. The almonds were horrible! Honestly I feel like my husband and I both got sick. He agreed, we didn't even finish our yogurt, we threw it away. 16 dollars to waste. Don't waste your money here, management needs to come clean, remove old toppings with fresh ones. The kids (employees) need help the owner to make the changes

Came at 9:27 and was told they are closed when the sign clear says on the window "10pm closed", wth

I can say so far the best frozen yogurt I ever had. It is always nice to combine flavors, and all the add ons are a plus for a cheat day full of sugar! But not feeling so guilty because they have different cup sizes.

Not sure if this is a franchise or corporate location, but the workers consistently try and close an hour early at 9pm instead of 10pm. The sign says 10pm. The yelp page sags 10pm. I was asked to leave to start preparing to leave at 9:35pm. At 9:40pm tried to have my kids use the bathroom and was told "no it's closed". He did open the restroom but gave me and my wife the dirtiest of looks about it. As we left he began stacking and slamming the chairs we had used, clearly annoyed we were still there. I'm writing this at 9:45 pm on12/29/2023.

Took my kids for yougurt after the park came to this location since it was the closet from our location, as I pulled up I notice a sign that tmsaid they would match any competitors coupons or expired or non expired or not expired went online and noticed yougurt land had an offer that said buy anything above 20.00 and get 10 off. I showed the the website to cashier and after 7 min. And a phone call they could not honor it, please remove tour sign if you don't plan on honering coupons it is illegal for a business establishment to falsely advertise promotions and don't honor them

So yummy and so many options! This location is incredibly clean inside. Plenty of parking and so many toppings. They even have a sign mentioning they do coupon matching!! It was around $7.50 for this portion size.

This review is for the Menchie's Franchise rather than the location. Admittedly, I haven't been to a frozen yogurt place in years, and I did recall it can get pricey. But PRICEY is a severe understatement for the OUTRAGEOUS robbery I endured yesterday. I grabbed the SMALLEST SIZE, as did my friend I was paying for. And I do admit, we took liberties to splurge, since we were there as a special, one-time treat and neither of us had been to a Frozen Yogurt in YEARS. I knew it was probably gonna be a bit much ($12 - $15?), but it was a special occasion, so I thought, what the hell, right?I KID you not, we got to the checkout and the price on the screen was not fifteen, not twenty, but THIRTY EFFING dollars. My jaw dropped to the floor, and i just had to ask, "Ugh, that cannot be right?? Tell me that is NOT the price I'm paying." The clerk pointed to a sign that said $0.79 per ounce. First of all, that sign means nothing to me. What normal person do you know that is going to sit there and measure the ounces of yogurt and toppings?? We don't know until it's weighed!! Which is why the whole concept of it is pure crookery. I'm sorry, I didn't realize I walked into a sit down restaurant!! I told him, this should be $6- $10 each at a maximum! I could get a pizza with limitless toppings for $12 and it would feed 3 people. THIS is YOGURT. An EFFING SUPPLEMENTARY DESSERT. There is literally a gazillion other similar dessert options I could have chose for 3 times less. Boba, Ice Cream, Smoothies, Shaved Ice. And I realized, this is why frozen yogurt spots are going out of business left and right. People have it once, reach for their wallet, and think, NEVER AGAIN!! I shudder to think how much they would have charged had we grabbed larger bowls.I get it that the toppings can be expensive to have on hand at all times, but I'm pretty sure if ice cream places can figure it out, so can you. There are plenty of ways you can offer upgrades without blindsiding your customers.Lesson learned. I will not be returning.

Really needs to be cleaner and the ice cream machines are never all working. Prices are way to high. Won't be going back.

The quality and choices vary. The staff keep us coming back.
