First time here, I ordered the Beef and Shrimp Bowl. It’s a LARGE portion and I thought it was tasty. They gave me two side sauces, one teriyaki sauce and one sauce for my shrimp. I loved the shrimp, I wished it came with more than three. The beef and brown rice was delicious. Customer service was on point and the atmosphere was nice inside. My order was to go. I will definitely come back to taste other items.

I ordered a chicken bowl with brown rice and veggies, I was never told it was extra for either item, worse yet the brown rice was hard and dried up, no greeting from cashiers or anything, they act like you asking for free meals or something, is more expensive than flame broiler which is pretty much the same thing bur with less hassle of having to deal with bad customer service, and not even fresh food, I hope this constructive critic helps the owner.

So tried this spot for lunch, to go order. I got thier double cheese burger, chicken and beef plate and gyoza. The burger wasn't great. It's char broiled but I believe they overcooked or didn't clean the grill well because you can taste the char marks on the burger which give a funky burnt, charcoal or something other than meat flavor. It sucks cuz the burger looked good, but the meat patty didn't have any flavor, I mean a little salt and pepper could change that. Instead u get charcoal flavor. The chicken and beef plate comes packed with meats, rice and a side salad. It's a lot of food. The gyoza is deep fried with a teriyaki sauce. It was ok, kinda crispy on the edge. It's a lot of food, just disappointing with the burger. Not sure if there's anything else I'd like to try. Not really into Japanese fusion burritos, which is basically a meat n rice wrap.
I don't if it's just our luck when ordering from here! Got a teriyaki chicken burrito, no cheese, no lettuce... guess what I got a burrito with everything in it! Don't know if they read the orders, but was definitely not what I ordered. The worse part is you can't call due to # full or other times it just rings! They probably don't read the reviews either... oh well. Hope you have better luck!

Horrible Horrible service and food is made poorly..And unable to speak to management for these inquiries. These people Cooking and holding the business responsible shouldn't deserve any stars and can't even answer phone calls.

This place is a little pricey but wow its some goood food !! Definitely worth it. I got the teriyaki burrito and a combo bowl. Soooo delicious. there's also plenty of seating inside. Service was good and pretty quick.
