Service here is awesome! The food isn't. I got a wet burrito and it was more of a moist burrito with a side of water. The food was definitely microwaved and the chef barely put any sauce on the burrito. I ordered a beef burrito and was given pork. The atmosphere is highly unprofessional as the person up front was on a phone call. What a waste.

This really is the best restaurant in Whittier. The food is always delicious, the staff is super friendly and the prices are reasonable. If you haven't been here yet, you need to try it. I will always come back here for great food and excellent service.

Breakfast burrito nice and fresh..only thing is I can't have red and green salsa only can choose one lol. Service needs to be better and worker outside at drive up could be nicer. No personality.

The food is great especially the drive up stand. The guy who works the stand though has horrible customer service skills. He is so very rude. He must be related to the owner or someone for him to still be employed.

I have ate here for over 2 years, and I love the Easy Up $3 burritos. But I'll tell you what...the employee running it in the morning, has the worst possible attitude. And I have put up with it haha for the burritos! So, today I pull up, he sees me, my passenger window is rolled down, he tells me to pull to the other side of the easy up and I do. Two vehicles pull up behind me he then, proceeds to help both of them first, even though I got there first. When he was done with them, he didn't come to my passenger window, he stayed out of view more toward my trunk and was just standing there for over a minute before he finally asked " what you want?" I said he why did you pass me up? I was here before those two other car. He then said out of nowhere in the same spot he was standing and said "get the F out of here". I was heated, parked and walked toward him and asked for his supervisor or the owner. He said "they are not here fat a**" it then went back and forth with f bombs until I finally said "I will be back to talk to your owner and see you later." He then started to record me and of course I gave him the bird and left. I called and spoke to a Brian he said he was the manager on duty. He said said he apologized for the situation but not much more then that. Not to my surprise, I looked on yelp and noticed that several other customers had similar situations that I had involving the same Easy Up burrito employee with acts or rudeness, being unprofessional and just simply with a poor attitude for the work he is doing. I'll say this, one day he will be rude to the wrong person and that person may not be so inclined to just walk away or just call him names. It's sad really but I will not be going back to this restaurant ever again.

I'm writing this as I have just got home from " trying " to by some breakfast burritos at this business . It's 11:20am and I'm coming from dialysis appointment. I see that the breakfast burrito stand outside is still out. So, I turn the corner to broadway and proceed to the entrance. I stop by the menu sign and look at the menu. As I'm looking , this dude comes out and says nothing . I ask , in Spanish, if they are still open . He " hand waves me " to turn the corner , so I do . I ask again , if it is open . He gives me a look as if I'm the stupidest person in the world . Mind you , he doesn't say nothing , just his look makes me feel uncomfortable. He finally tells me " what do I want " mind you , I'm still upset about the way I was treated in the beginning. So , I tell this dude , never mind , I don't want anything ( not in those words of course ) . I proceed to leave and he just turns a goes into the building . I tried to be cordial with him in the beginning, but I will not be disrespected by a dude that has no empathy for his customers . Dude , FYI , don't treat your customers like that , you might find out that one of these days , your going to get the wrong person you do this to. To the owner / manager of this establishment, you need to screen these employees a lot better . You've just lost a customer!!!

They clase at 6 on a Saturday, why when your website says 8, i drove there from San Pedro to have them say that they were closed, come back. NEVER! UPDATE YOUR CRAP!!!
