Horrible service, i’ve been coming to this starbucks for over 5 years now and their workers had the audacity to accuse of me, and refused to let me and my friends use their restroom due to their FALSE allegations against us. If i was able to give them a 0 review rating i would. Completely disgusted with the behavior of the staff and beyond disgusted with how rude they treat their paying LOYAL customers. I will never be supporting the starbucks company again after being publicly humiliated and will be letting all my friends and family know to not go after this disappointing encounter. I hope the starbucks team disciplines their manager and employee, they were both completely unprofessional and incompetent of working in the food/service industry. Horrible experience and even worse hospitality would never recommend going to anyone.

I definitely do not go to starbucks very often but I would reccomend this one. That staff was very friendly, Isamar(hopefully I spelled that right) was so friendly it was like talking to the sun itself. Would definitely go here again.

This has to be the worst Starbucks I have ever been too. It’s super small, the restroom are a mess. No where to sit both inside or outside.I order my drinks only to find out the biggest table there inside the store was “ Reserve” for I believe employee training. By the time I finish ordering. The training was over. The manager was sitting down in the big table by herself. We were about to sit down when she litterly told us this table is reserved. Really? I saw everyone leaving? She did not let us sit down very unprofessional if you ask me. The table was big enough to share & she was all by herself. I asked the cashier if I can have the code to the restroom omg!! The code was so long by the time I got to the restroom I forgot it. Why not make it a 4 digit code? Never coming back again.

One of the dirtier Starbucks in my opinion and some (high) tables were missing chairs and had trash on the table when I visited. The person behind the counter had a rude tone after being informed that we were here for the BOGO offer as if we were taking from her personal profits or something. I wouldn't return here if I didn't have to.Parking: There's a free parking lot around the corner and street parking.

Everyone's always very kind at this location. Love stopping by when I'm in Uptown to get a drink or cakepops. Every employee is always very kind and asks about your day. They always have smiles on their faces and are polite. I appreciate all of the workers here. They always make my experience very pleasant.
The only thing wrong with this Starbucks is the supervisor Josh. Very argumentative.Everyone else is great. Josh shouldn't be managing this place.

The worst coffee I've ever had at a Starbucks !!!! I ordered venti gingerbread oat milk chai. The have me a grande. I told them they gave me the wrong size. When they gave me my venti they just added hot water to it !!!It had no flavor whatsoever!!!!!!Unfortunately I didn't realize what they did until I had left. NEVER GET COFFEE AT THIS STARBUCKS. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST COFFEE EVER!!!!

How do you have a Starbucks with literally no electrical outlets in the sitting area? I sat in the half of the store that had 4 tables. There were 2 outlets in the area,but they were covered with the faceplates that don't have any openings for plugs. I usually buy a couple of things, work for an hour or two, then buy something else to go. Couldn't do that here because I had nowhere to plug in my laptop.
