The Santa Fe Springs plaza has many stores I love to shop at just the customer service a most restaurants within this plaza need improvement especially the big overweight lady at baskin Robbins she's disgusting other than that the atmosphere at the is plaza is friendly not ghetto.

This must be the world’s slowest Starbucks! The drive thru can take up to 25 minutes to get your order from the “pleasant” person. So I thought I would make breakfast at home and order a pastry and drink ahead of time. Said it would take 12 minutes. Got there 15 minutes later so i thought it would be ready. Nope! Still had to wait and all in all it took 25 minutes even if you order ahead

This is a large and comfortable Starbucks. It was a little dark and very cozy at the time of my visit. Perfect for settling in to be productive without being bombarded by loud music or bright, abrasive lights.

Letter of sanitation warning for those who order through the app and pick up. I don't usually come here but I got a gift card. As I waited for my regular psl, nothing fancy, which took an eternity to make, long enough for me to witness at least 10 people coming in for their pick up orders which were placed all together on a corner countertop area. Each one of these people had their hands on the lids of the cups, touching each cup, looking for the one with their name on it, they were touching the part where your mouth sips the drink. It was absolutely disgusting. I don't want 10 peoples hands on the lid of my drink before I drink it. Won't be back.

Never coming to this Starbucks again!! I ordered 2 lattes and 2 snowman cookie and the cookie was bitten! The lattes were halfway filled up! I went back to show them the cookie and they laughed at my face. They said if this was a prank. She even had the audacity to say my nephew was the one that bit the cookie, when no one had touched the cookie! She gave me another cookie but kept laughing at me. I asked her for a refund for my drink and she gave me her attitude she dumped my latte in the sink.

Pretty disappointed this morning, did a mobile order all the drinks except mine were being made, kindly asked the barista Emily if my drink was almost ready she didn't have a kind attitude, didn't make eye contact and had me wait 10 extra min until my drink was ready without a label and wasn't even filled to the top. The morning ambient was very poor from not only her, but others working there as well.

I've been here before and they made my brown sugar shaken expresso wrong twice. They added the cinnamon in on top after the drink was finished and didn't even shake it, just poured it all in the cup. I asked for it to be remade and both times it was wrong. I decided to give it another try. Shout out to the barista taking my order for being sweet and to Kevin for making my drinks right and up to standard. Night crew seems like they have everything together compared to morning. My drinks tasted amazing.

Waited over half an hour for my order, mind you I ordered before the place got busy. I paid in store with my gift card and credit card. Staff never had my order ready because they neglectly forgot to put it in the system and denied ever taking it.Staff was rude when I approached them. I wouldn't have cared had I not used my gift card and tipped them.
