I preOrdered my coffee in app stopped in front of window just for pick up (we live 2 hrs away) and this employee cashier "excuse mee you can't park there" with a different tone (not nice) so i get off my car and went to pick up window my coffee wasn't ready i was looking for same employee when suddenly she was behind me outside of the Starbucks store telling my husband inside the car to move the car or she was gonna call police. I explained to her: im just picking up" and again with nasty attitude she repeated herself. Maybe she needs to park on street so we can have a spot where to park Maybe she needs a different job in a basement this nice environment for people with great attitude is definitely not for her and her rush on running around threatening people on calling the police for stopping for 3 mins specially with her nasty toneThe rest of the crew seem so nice 10/10 for the rest -10/10 for the Starbucks rushed lady

Got a sandwich and a drink. Drink was made wrong and the sandwich was ice cold, never heated. I pulled it out as soon as I drove away from the drive thru and they just took it out of the package and put it in the bag. You have to heat it guys! It wasn't even busy, so I'm unsure why that happened. If I didn't have to go straight to work I would have pulled back. Another reason for me to really start skipping Starbucks and making it at home. They are making it an easy decision for me.

I often drive through here during the week bc it's on my way to work and today I cane on a Saturday morning. I get the same drink at all Starbucks. It was taste different here, I accounted it to its in the AM and they are busy. Well todays drink wasn't very good, bc I had the time I asked for extra oatmilk and they said they have to charge me. Never happens elsewhere. So they either make drinks differently or they don't care. But Pat milk shaken espresso is usually on point when the way I request it with less ice.

Dear management, if you care about customer service then make a better effort at training employees with better customer service skills, and about the use of the Starbucks app; and hire more people. This place is seriously understaffed. You may be making good money but you are also trashing the Starbucks brand. I don't know how headquarters allows this place to operate with such terrible customer service feedback. I ordered my drink via the Starbucks app, I came to pick it up 45 minutes later and it was not ready. Check! It happens. Then when ready, it was wrong! I could not believe it. Also, a supervisor told someone at the window to close the window, when I was there, still waiting to be helped. It was as if I had not gotten there. I had not even said a word when the greeting I got was a supervisor telling the person at the front, in front of me, to close the window already. What else... if you order at the window, prepare to wait at least 20 minutes for your drink, by car is also much longer than at any other Starbucks I have been to. Sadly, this Starbucks sucks. A better coffee shop around here would make bank.

Ordered as a mobile order... get yo location and they had made "generic signs" stating that the drive thru was open no access to walk up window. There Citi had to wait I. The drive thru lane. Of course no apology or explanation as to why this happened, another option would be to turn off the mobile order via app.Ordered in another occasion through mobile app-showed up and still had to wait-this place is so convenient -across from my gym but it's just does not have great service or urgency at all.

Small parking lot is the only downside. But the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. I will maneuver through a tight parking lot, to have great staff and timely.
