Bought two meatball sandwiches they made it exactly as I asked and it was nice and warm. The staff was really nice. We just did a drive with Restaurant. Wrapping took it so we didn't have any feeling at the atmosphere. This is one of the two I like going to, the other one is next to Ralph's near downtown Whittier

DO NOT EAT THERE! Went here yesterday and the employees (Ashley is the rudest person ever) NEVER EATING HERE AGAIN. They gave me rotten tomatoes and rotten lettuce. It feels so gross entering the restaurant. Ps SANDWICH WAS MOLDY.

Online order not ready as I'm standing here waiting, it started as I was a few minutes early, but that's fine. Then someone who claimed to have ordered 45 minutes ago walked in and theirs wasn't ready either. This store is constantly out of things, usually there's a single bread option. Today it was jalapeno. Then after all of this an employee comes from the back to start to help the lone guy out front. She gets ready to call the next customer at which time I inquire about the status of mine. I am told he will help me when he's done with the previous customer. I comment on how "my order is already late, might as well just make it later I guess, right?" A bit sarcastic, but she then decides to make my sandwich, however literally throwing things onto the sandwich and when I get home I discover there is so much salt on the sandwich is was barely edible. Maybe it was a bad day, but this location always has issues. I will not be back and will go too one of the other nearby locations from now on.

Went in 5/28 @ 11am w/a 5 sandwich work order, no one there. I thought great everything will be stocked/fresh. All veggies were dry, avocado brown. I got soup and when I got to work (2 minutes away driving) it was cold? Who wants cold soup?The toasted sandwiches were not toasted well.The girl just didn't look like she liked her job, she needs some customer service skills-help from her mgr.

They do NOT accept coupons and it felt like it was about 100 degrees in there. It was a hot day and it was cooler outside. Wondered why no one was eating inside.

The Italian cold cuts sandwich had a lot of meat. The meatballs on the meatball sandwich were small and tasteless, but the spicy sauce and the pepperoni gave it a lot of flavor. The reason we won't go back is because both sandwiches were loaded with sodium!

FYI- As of January 2023 this location no longer takes coupons. The service was great although there was only one couple in front of me. The young man that helped me was polite and accommodated my requests. I could have given 4 stars for service but the no coupon has me at 2 stars.

I arrived to this subway at 7:45pm today and doors were locked. The girl working was putting things away and completely ignored me as I was knocking on door. There were other customers wanting to order their food as well but she closed doors early. I'm shocked because I come to this location quite often for my 8 year old and they are always open 5 min before 8pm. Never had this issue. I have seen the owner there and he is always there making sure his establishment is running correctly. I don't think he would be happy about his employees closing 15 min before closing time. Again, I got there at 7:45pm and door was locked, I'm sure she closed it earlier that 7:45pm. Not a good way to run a business. I would be upset, especially because we were being ignored as we were knocking. Not coming here anymore, just lost a customer.

Slowest subway ever, I come here to pick up Uber eats an the workers are always barely getting started on the order when store isn't busy and continues making new orders as people walk in. You guys can't get more people to run the store instead of leaving 1 individual responsible for everything?

Honestly, I placed an order on the app and was such in a hurry that i mistakingly picked this location instead of the location I was near. I quickly got in contact with the owner Reza and he sent me an email stating I could go in to pick up sandwiches at the same value even though it was a week ago. I truly appreciate him for being generous even though the mistake was done on my part. Thank you so much and sorry for inconvenience! Happy customer here that will be returning to this location.

I should have gotten her name. But she was working today 1/18 @ 2:30pm. She has the best customer service I’ve ever received in a subway. Good spirit but not like fake over the top. She’s awesome! I’ll be sure to come back to this one specifically. I really Don’t like the subways around the area because of their customer service but this gal was great! And the food was on point!
