I ordered a sandwich and girl took no care in it she just slapped it all on I said must mayonnaise in a little bit of mustard it's all mustard then I told her oil and vinegar please no oil I said salt and pepper no salt she took no care in making my sandwich she was just rushing too much to take care of everybody at once even overstepping their boundaries with the other sandwich maker I'm not going back I don't need to spend $10 on dissatisfaction

Sandwich was soggy , no customer service the employee was being rude with an attitude I was talking to her nicely and she ignored me the whole time . No portion of food on the sandwich she was being rude too me as well after I was going to ask her a question. I told her to give me oven roasted and she didn't tell me that it was discontinued the item was no longer available so dissatisfied with my experience never going back . She didn't talk too me at all or ask what I wanted just expected me to answer too mumbling. Also asked what kind of bread they have and she had an attitude again and didn't respond too me ! Not acceptable at all !!!

If I could leave a 0 I would worse experience ever a girl that made my sons sandwich was in a bad mood had her eyes rolling and all the restaurant was hot felt like it was a sauna in there I will not be coming to this subway again sorry they need to have better customer service and better attitudes
I went to this subway when they had the free 6" I ordered, I didn't want a vinaigrette, but I was told by the lady making it, and said i had too get it on my sandwich!!!! Because the the sandwich I ordered says it has vinaigrette!!! I was very mad and I asked again, she Ecuador me, and put it on anyway!!! I will not go back to that subway again!!!

I used to love this place, years ago when my kids were little. It offered the same food but the customer service made a big difference. The guys behind the counter (2 brothers) were always in a good mood, making jokes, smiling, they remember your name, and even knew what you ordered the last time. It felt kind of like as if the owners themselves were serving you and it wasn't a chain restaurant anymore.We used to come every Tuesday, after school, eat, do some homework and take off to the movies.We came back today after a couple of years because of Covid. They've remodeled the place. They painted the walls, bought new signs, and added more tables and chairs.Now, the staff is average, the food could be fresher, they can sit 24 people but they've turned the only bathroom into an "employee only" one.Can you believe that?I chose this Subway in the first place because it had a bathroom. How can potentially 24 people eat comfortably without a bathroom? This store just turned into a street vendor with a roof and A/C. Don't you think if you want to call yourself a restaurant, you should have at least a bathroom available? Because otherwise, you can have a lunch truck and be done with it !!!!
