Visited this location yesterday with my husband and I couldn't believe the customer service or lack there of we received. When we walked a older short bald Hispanic employee was making a sandwich and he didn't acknowledge us. He looked up when we entered the store and then continued making the sandwich. He looked up again and I smiled to see if he would acknowledged us and still nothing. There was awkward silence for about 2 or 3 minutes. Another customer walked in and again the employee didn't acknowledge him either. The customer had to tell him he was there to pick up an order. Finally another employee came onto the work floor and this young man didn't say anything but he did a nod and a what's up to my husband. The first employee didn't not have badge on or hat or air net. The second employee did have a badge on his hat but the name was not visible. Subway please do better and train your employees the importance of customer service.

Just a big shout out to the two young male employees working tonight 7/3/23. It's 9:45 when I walk in to order sandwiches. I'm in the food service industry, so I know what it's like for someone to walk in when you're just about to close. These two gentlemen were super nice and friendly. While making my 4 sandwiches they were kind and engaged in pleasant conversation. The employee with dark brown/black hair I've been helped by before. He has always been very nice. The other young man I've never seen before, but he was so polite, it really stands out. I hope the owner of this subway knows he's got two great employees.

The vegetables at Subway at 15030 Whittier Blvd in Whittier are not fresh at all!! They look old and like they have been sitting out. And the owner or manager is not friendly or pleasant.I will not be going back to that Subway.

I have been to this subway several times, and I am always satisfied. The associates are friendly and generous. A tuna fish subway sandwich that I got today was twice the weight of the same sandwich I got from other subway stores. This subway store is indeed the best subway restaurant in Southern California.

I went in to order this really big and difficult sandwich. And to my rescue subway sandwich artist Micheal made it for me. He was super funny and engaging while making my sandwich to perfection. Then outa no where, this tall handsome white guy came to give me fresh onions because I deserved them. They were both super friends and deserve a raise. Best Turkey sandwich I ever had.

The guy in glasses is one Lazy a** worker!I stopped by 30 min. Before they closed & they "were out of everything" they literally had nothing & only Half the veggies, very poorly managed. Never coming here again.

Worse Subway I've been to. This location doesn't close till 10pm. I came in at 9:15 pm. The tall guy asked what I would like and I said a meatball and tuna. He said sorry they're out of meatball for the night. Then, he walked off to answer the phone and some kid came up and looked confused. The tall guy came back and asked what other sandwiches I would like. So, I asked for tuna. He said, sorry we're out of tuna too. I left. It looked as if they were pretty much closed. If you want bread with nothing on it, come here. I will never return.

You should try ordering on the app they say ... HA,HA,HA!!! I usually always order in person to make sure it's done the way I like. And the 1 time I decided to use the app of course it gets done WRONG!! I prefer to have the mayo & mustard on the bread so it's not so dry being that I have the bread toasted. Also it's not as messy as well. I don't understand why it's so hard to to follow written instructions. It's almost as if I have to go back to elementary school days and write an essay on how to make a sandwich starting from the beginning from taking the bread out of the oven. My request was easy & very, very simple. Yet... I just don't understand how my request just gets over looked. And since when did a footlong BLT consist of only 4 strips of bacon? For as long as I can remember and getting a BLT last week (in person) it always came with 8 strips. So now it's 4? Why would Subway think ANYONE would pay $10 for a sandwich with only 4 strips of bacon! THATS ABSURD!! It's basically a veggie sandwich with bacon. As often as I visit this location I have never been made a BLT with only 4 strips of bacon. My 2 star rating reflects on not following "written" directions. It's not hard folks. In the end I had a sandwich that lacked bacon, dry and messy

Management really needs to get training regarding employment law and just in general, professionalism. I learned that there was recently an incident where one of the employees took a fake $100 bill from a customer. The manager then proceeded to tell all employees that they needed to make up for the $100 by giving up all tips until the $100 was accounted for. This is illegal pursuant to Labor Code 2802. A lot of the employees at this location are either in high school or young adults and are not aware of the severity of this situation.

This week I received a coupon mailer with about 15 coupons introducing subways new sandwich lineup. The Outlaw, The Philly etc, My local Subway is a few blocks from my house and I hadn't been there in a while so the coupons came in handy. New products and let's check out my local Subway. Now the bad news. No discount for you! (Think Seinfeld) From a business standpoint, Subway franchisees pay a franchise fee and they pay an local advertising fee, so why would a Subway franchise not accept a national ad campaign coupon? I would understand if this were an airport location or sometimes a really high rent district location, but my local Whittier subway?! Losing a customer because you have to give me a $3 discount on an $11 sandwich does not make sense.
