If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible experience here. I came late in the afternoon with my fiancé and right when we get there a young girl was already giving attitude. We had mentioned we weren't ready to order and she waited by the counter and kept tapping her fist onto the counter loudly. Anyone would know that this is someone impatient. Once we were ready she was throwing the containers from the deli everywhere. It was so bad she would lose grip on the containers. She continued to throw the chicken on the foot long and you can just tell how disrespectful this was getting. I told her I wasn't getting anything after all, after seeing how she was serving my fiancé. I mentioned to my fiancé to do the same. In the end, this was not gonna be good quality food or good customer service. I was very disappointed because I'm pregnant and I was hungry. This wasted my time and gas to only be disrespected for no reason. I have worked customer service and have never disrespected customers in this manner.

The young Latina Girl with long black hair who works night times she always with a younger male worker must really hate her job! She give me the worst Customer service experience of my life as a African American woman it Hard enough for people to see pass our skin color but to receive a bad experience is like the worst establishment because you want to go and get a good experience for the money you're spending and good quality service I did not get what I paid for I don't know if she was having a bad day but my person time there she was really rude to My trangrangder friend as well so I think this is just?? her regular when I asked her to cut up my veggie patty for my salad ? she said that wasn't part of the policy went today the supervisor said that wasn't correct they are trained she ripped up my patty and said here you go I went to the car in showed my roommatea they were That salad you can tell tell she put no effect into make it I was like I just was making sure that I wasn't asking for to much
