The food is great , however I had a bad experience. I searched up the time they opened and it shows 12pm on google . I get there at 12:53 pm and they were closed. the guy told us 10 minutes they would open and it looked like they were setting up. 20 minutes passed and they still were not open it was me and another few customers outside waiting. We ended up leaving. This was so rude and not professional at all.

I don't really remember much so that's good I think. The food was good but when the drinks rolled in I was on it lol good spot. Would go here again. Staff was friendly and had no issues with our orders. The atmosphere is great and it can be calm or busy depending when you go.

Asada tacos, bland.Al pastor is way too oily and greasy, like I get it.. it's pork but that's way too much in my opinion.Chicharrón sucks, bland AF, and FYI dousing it in green salsa doesn't make any better.Carnitas is kinda dry, but just okay.Chorizo con papas was had no solid texture it was oily mush. Even the salsas couldn't fix it.Their salsas are good though, the guacamole light green one is very good, the green one is okay, and the habanero one is only spicy and lacks a bit more flavor for my liking.So out of 10 tacos, I only liked one. And that was the taco de nopales, best taco hereHowever their cucumber agua fresca is actually pretty good. Don't like the cheap tamarindo candy as a garnish, too pasty and the flavor is almost nonexistent.Nothing noteworthy here, well maybe the music

Went here for the first time with my friend and we loved it! Our server, Juan, was very attentive and understanding, even joking around with us :) the food? I dream of her. Whatever salsa slurry they got on the Aguaschiles had me sprung, I couldn't get enough! They did not hold back on those tacos either! You're gonna want to ask for extra napkins. So worth the mess. My favorite was the tacos de papa although the fish taco was a very close second. We also had the Miches and lemme tell you!!!! It's called Tacos and Miches for a reason! I would definitely come back time and time again just to show my friends this awesome place and I'll tell them to bring their friends! And tell those friends to bring more friends!

This place is a hidden gem off the "strip" of Greenleaf in Uptown Whittier. The food is the most authentic Mexican food I have eaten, and I've ate at all the Mexican/Latin food spots in Uptown. The price is unbeatable as well. This place is run by a mom and son. Mom is the cook and son is the server. While it's not decorated like Kalaveras or A Toda Madre, it's simple inside and to be honest, that's fine by me. I'm paying for the food, drinks, and service. The michis are great and I'm not a big beer drinker. I will continue to come here and get authentic Mexican food at a decent price than overpay for a hype restaurant that over charges for frijoles.

Just took my friends and family to brunch , most underwhelming experience! Nothing was like it shows on social media in Whittier ! The menu is not accurate! Mimosas were unavailable! We were given margarita all juice ! Looked cute for a picture but all juice pre batched ! The menu states 12% essential worker charge but you are actually charged 18% when we asked questions about the menu changes and prices we were told that's what the owner wants and then we're told we were hooked up! We were charged a meal we didn't order and never received bottomless mimosas like we paid for so pretty much we paid $40for a margarita! We asked for a manager and we're told there isn't one ! This place is a rip off , super hot, also flat beer and no mimosas til we were cashed out! . 20 minutes to get a drink we were the only patty there and then to be told they are having issues. Also all you can't have all you can eat tacos for 90 minutes as the menu and social media advertises it is one hour Tuesday and Wednesday! I will say salsa is good , rice is good ! We were so sad that this place wasn't at all what was advertised!.

BS , FALSE ADVERTISING, DONT COME HERE! I was greeted by the most unenthusiastic host I've evermet in my life named Kevin. First off (insert Tupac lyrics here), all over IG there's posts about "Unlimited tacos and miches!" It also states that the bottomless tacos and niches start once you receive your food. Their website states that they're open until 9pm we showed up at 7:45. There was only one other couple in the whole joint, and they were leaving as we showed up. I was halfway tempted to ask them how the tacos were, because they did not have happy looks on their faces. I try to give most places the benefit of the doubt. As we sat down mind you we're the only ones there at this point Kevin tells us "we're only open until 8:30" and after that crickets. Kevin proceeded to organize the straws and utensils as if there weren't customers to attend to. I wanted to get up and scream "dude we're the only customers here in this S-hole what's your problem!" But my GF as always tells me to "be nice!" So I wait PATIENTLY. Wait. More waiting, as if the clock isn't ticking. Kevin's in the background still organizing straws. Finally we get up and say F this place we out. So, if y'all want to be ignored and sent home early I suggest you come here. Some people are into being mistreated not me dawg, not today, not ever! And that's, that!
