Stopped by for a quick lunch. The store was clean, well kept, and organized. The staff were extremely friendly and acknowledged me the moment I walked in. I loved the chicken sandwich and spicy green beans! Thank you The Habit.

I was overcharged for my meal almost double the amount that I normally pay in other the habit location ...I will definitely will not return to this location I'm very disappointed.

I'm an enthusiastic Habit customer and have visited multiple locations, but Whittier is undoubtedly my favorite. This marks my fourth visit, and each time, I'm greeted with exceptional service and respect. The unmatched cleanliness and stellar service truly stand out. I guess I'm going to rant about the process of the franchise and not this store itself! The whole call center ordering deal SUCKS. I called, I gave them my credit card number because they said that's how you do phone orders for pick up. The first person I talked too, said it went through and just hung up. I called back, to check if it went through and they confirmed it did. Sent my husband to pick up the order, apparently there was no phone order and my payment didn't go through. So I have to wait extra time and have him place a whole other order. I do appreciate the manager helping my husband out! I love the habit and don't want this towards the store at whittwood but for the company in itself.

Service is OK... I typically order online through their app to skip the wait. I recommend the Grilled Chicken Sandwich on Ciabatta bread 10/10. Food is quality that you can taste. Outside seating that is dog friendly too!

I usually love the food from Habit, but recently I've had 2 back to back negative experiences from this location. I seldom if ever submit negative reviews, but attention needs to be given for improvement to be made. A little over a week ago, I ordered food for dinner to be brought out to the curb. I waited at the curb and tried several times to "check-in" using the confirmation text that my order was ready, but it wouldn't allow me to say that I was there. I went onto the website as instructed on the parking space sign and tried to check in that way and was assured that they will bring my order out soon. I waited for about 15 min then just went in to pick up my food. The site was not busy at all and I was told they didn't receive an order at all and that I must've ordered from another location. I showed them my order confirmation and then they said they saw my order in their system and only then did they start preparing my food. Needless to say, my family waited at least 40 minutes longer for dinner. The food quality was ok. Then we ordered food again last night. This time my daughter went in to pick it up. Even though it wasn't busy, no one even made eye contact with her or said "we'll be right with you" or anything. She saw the bag with my name on it and simply took it off the shelf and left. The food quality was not good. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich on ciabatta and the bottom bread was completely soggy while the top bread was not just toasted, but hard as if it was old. My grandsons who love habit cheeseburgers wouldn't even eat them and they are not super picky. Very disappointing since we spent $66!!! I hope they improve on their service and certainly their food quality. I may still go to other habit locations to try it again, but I will not go back to this one sadly.

Clean tables, polite service, really tasty food! We love coming here! The kids especily enjoy the little candy burgers.
